Dogs barking OK breakfast Suite was clean. But pets next door and across were barking...Bathroom was part of the bedroom, so any one staying in the suite had to go thru the bedroom to get to it. Breakfast was OK, simple, eggs were dry and they ran out of some selections by late morning. Better food at Cracker Barrel!

Helpful staff, average nice hotel. Booked through Booking.com due to having large suite (5 of us) and pool, and good location. Check-in was super fast and easy. Room was perfect and just right size. Location was excellent, right off exit, quiet but close to lots of great food options. Very disappointed to find the pool closed though, since it was the #1 reason we chose it. Hotel staff told us our key cards fit the access for the hotel neat door, I think it was a Comfort Suites? So we walked across the parking lot and used it. Not real nice. No towels, only 4 ft deep, no hot tub. But better than nothing. Back in our room, I drew the pullout couch bed. Not good. Very uncomfortable and no sheets. We asked for blankets, though, and received immediately. The breakfast was nice - eggs, sausage, home fries, waffles, fruit, cereals, kids were satisfied. Overall, except for the pool, I'd stay here again. The guy at desk was great and the price, $202, was worth it.

Dirty room Room was not clean. When I spoke to the evening person on duty at the front desk, he told me to tell the morning people because “there is no housekeeping in the evening.” Issues were not resolved. Told the front desk in the morning and was told I would hear from a manager but never did.

Hospitality is Laughable This is the worst service i Have ever had at a hilton and will never stay at this location again. The management staff all the way down to the rooms are horrible. I checked in late my room.T v didn't work the manager told me to use The other one in the living room. It was one in the morning. I wanted to sleep. So then I go down to tell them. They put me in a new room but can't give me a key and tell me that I have to come down in the morning to get a key. What should I do go back to the room? That key doesn't work?I have to get another key. I call him to talk to the manager brent And basically told me that the hotel accommodated me and that they would only give me a thousand Point credit on my account. Looks like i'm spending some time on some review sites today.

They don't know the meaning of the word Hospitality. Front desk and manager have horrible customer service. Manager called my room to yell at my wife and I. We picked our room online and check in time online as well. When we arrived, the cleaning of our room hadn't even begun. Front desk woman was rude and ignored our concerns. Only after calling corporate did manager reach out to berate us stating "were not the only guests in the hotel". Yelling, the same phrase over and over. It was an embarrassment and totally unprofessional. What an awful, ignorant representation of Hilton Honors. I'll never return and strongly advise everyone to avoid this property!
