Comfort Inn is always dependable. Clean. Good beds. Everything was in good working order. Desk clerk/manager was very pleasant and helpful. We’ll stay there again. We were on the 1st floor but it was very quiet. I will say it is offensive that you require 200 characters to submit a review. I said everything relevant in less! Please reconsider that requirement!

A nice stay at a reasonable price We had a bit of trouble finding this hotel and then some of the guest parking set aside for checking in was blocked by an unidentified pick-up truck. After that the check in process went smoothly and the front desk staff was nice. There is an elevator that helped us haul up our things. The lobby felt welcoming. We felt safe in the hotel and on the grounds, which were well lighted. We look for accommodations that serve breakfast as this saves us time in the morning. We were not disappointed. There is an indoor pool, a guest laundry, unsecured Wi-Fi is free, and an exercise room. Parking is adequate around the hotel. The rooms were large enough to move around in after we brought in our gear. They were quiet and clean.

Good choice Easy on/ off the highway. Check in was easy. The 2 ladies checking us in were very pleasant. My special requests were noted and already in the room, which is just A+++ customer service. Bed and room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was minimal, but OK. Other reviews mentioned a sketchy neighborhood,but the hotel across the was looks to be under renovation, so that may be changing soon. We felt very safe. Highly recommended for anyone needing a good night sleep while traveling across the country

not a good place to stay It was an ok place to stay but not great. We had a room with a pull out sofa and there were no sheets so we had to go to the front desk and ask. Bed should have had sheets regardless of anyone sleeping on it or not or sheets in the room. The telephone in our room didn't work so we didn't have anyway of calling if there was an emergency. The shower ub was to high to get into. We definitely will not be staying here again.

Cosy hotel along the road We stayed there on our way north to Seattle. We decided to not stop in Rawlins as it is a very small place. Rock Springs however surprised us, and was a nice place on the way. Green River is just 15 minutes away too and seems also a very nice place to spend a few days also. The hotel is very cosy, and at a quiet place. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel pool and hot-tub worked fine, also the WiFi. They have a laundry room and a gym too. We booked two rooms. One King and one Dual Queen Suites. The dual Queen had a weird smell , most likely coming from the air condition unit. We just turned that off and aired the room and it became better. We recommend the hotel to have those air-con units serviced. Breakfast is per Choice Comfort standards with pancakes and some warm food.
