Very good mid point on a road trip Very nice mid point on a road trip. Town is not eventful but there are plenty of stores and restaurants. Hotel has breakfast included and breakfast lady is out of this world- very hospitile and nice and attentive to everyone. Also, laundry is available for 1 dollar and laundry machines are clean which is a plus. Overall, nice stay. Also, Natasha was amazing and attentive.

Nice stay I stayed here for one night while driving out west. It’s not a fancy hotel but it was clean and the lady working was very nice. The room was standard for this brand and was very clean. Parking was easy and free and it was quiet so I got a good nights sleep. There are places to eat nearby.

Amazing staff! Staff is amazing!! Seriously kudos to everyone who works here from the desk clerk, housekeeping ladies (so sweet & helpful), to maintenance! Breakfast is good, wifi sufficient, parking adequate, feels safe coming & going. Would give 5 star reviews aside from furniture & carpet needing replaced, bedding clean but ragged. 5 star reviews for the staff!!

Very clean and relaxing accommodations, and friendly staff. Our stay was perfect. The room was immaculate, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff was remarkably friendly, and engaging. Breakfast, for a hotel breakfast, was very good. We went to breakfast right at opening time (6 A.M.) and the lady in charge of the food was bright eyed, friendly and very helpful. She even went around to the tables and asked if anyone needed anything. We were very satisfied with our stay (even though the total bill was slightly over $240/night).

In Rock Springs- Stay Here If You Want To Be Treated Well My elderly mother unexpectedly found herself staying overnight in Rock Springs due to illness while traveling. She was alone and I called this hotel hoping to get a last minute reservation. She is a smoker and they only have non-smoking rooms. However, this team went above and beyond accommodating my request and making her feel at home. They allowed me to book via app without making her present my card in person, something other hotels needed a work around for. They put her in the 1st floor by the door near her car and the smoking area. They were so nice to her and greeted her acknowledging they knew who she was. She loved the bed, the room, breakfast and staff. This staff deserves a congratulations for a job very well done.
