THANK YOU, JESSICA -- FOR A FABULOUS HOTEL...!!! Back again here and we remember why we love it: Because it’s perfect in absolutely every category! The fitness room? There are 2 of them, across the hall from each other. You will find a scale, free weights/bench, universal, machines, towels and water. The indoor pool is enormous, again plenty of towels. Breakfast is fit for a king: hot eggs, bacon, oatmeal, fresh cinnamon rolls, Chobani yogurt, 2% milk in a pitcher, breads and bagels, fresh oranges/bananas and self-serve coffee well before the 6:30 start of breakfast. We were fortunate enough to have a King 1-Bedroom that was spacious: big bedroom with giant TV and windows that open, a living area with couch/another TV, dining table, wet-bar, mini-refrigerator and microwave, and a bathroom with shower. We loved everything about this hotel las time and felt the same all over again. Thank you for giving us the VIP treatment, Jessica. And kudos to GM Tricia for a good show indeed!

Mostly good, except the TP The front desk staff was very friendly upon arrival and there was plenty of parking. The room itself was clean and spacious with great water pressure in the shower. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning as very good, as was the attendant for it. I did need to dock 1 star though for the Toilet Paper situation. While I don't expect the best at a hotel, I do expect something better than one that is practically sandpaper. The hotel should definitely invest in upgrading the quality of toilet paper in the hotel.

Decent Night Hotel We stayed one night. The hotel is adequate. Our room was clean. The hotel has parking on one side and a driveway on the other so our window opened to a parking lot. The bed was comfortable The breakfast room didn’t really look like the pictures. I am gluten free but travel frequently and don’t have difficulty eating at hotel breakfasts. They had a sign addressing allergies that basically said nothing gluten free. The employee pleasantly told me nothing gluten free. They had biscuits and gravy and vegetable and egg white and vegetable omelettes. The omelettes were microwaved. They did have boiled eggs. Holiday Express usually hold back bagels or muffins that are gluten free. That is not the case here. Breakfast aside - the hotel is fine. Front desk employees are shielded by enclosed plexiglass which. Seemed off putting to me. This was not the five star experience the reviews on the hotel's website led me to expect. But it’s ok.

No thanks! We have been IHG members for quite a long time and have been in many IHG properties over the years. We have come to be quite familiar with the quality of each IHG brand. This property needs some work. The front desk seemed to not be too enthusiastic about greeting guests. Our room although clean in most aspects, had a terrible odor coming from the piping in the bathroom. The odor was clearly obvious and seemed like was unsuccessfully covered up by cleaning chemicals. It was so bad that you could smell it so strongly throught the room. We kept the door closed to the bathroom but anytime it was opened, this foul smell was appearant. I brought it up to the front desk but it fell on deaf ears. If you have issues like this, dont put guests in there, especially not Gold IHG members!

Nice well managed hotel The friendly girl with the beautifully colored hair who checked me into my room suggested a great place to eat across the street within walking distance near the other holiday inn. The food at Old Chicago was delicious. The rooms and hotel were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was outstanding and far above most motel standards. I usually stay at the Marriott for loyalty reasons, but I am happy Rock Springs didn’t have one so I could find this gem. Thank you for an excellent stay on our first of many future trips to Rock Springs for business.
