Spark by Hilton Rock Springs

Nice overall The service was very good because the staff was very friendly staff. The room was clean. The pillows and the mattress were soft and comfortable. I liked the facilities, specially the pool and the fitness center. It is a nice place to stop by. I really recommend.

Not Safe! Do not stay here, it is not safe!! Our one night stay was fine until I was woken at 1am to our door being kicked in. It was being kicked repeatedly so hard that even though it was locked it was being opened a couple inches and hitting the door stop. My fiancé started to yell at the person before opening the door and saw a man taking off down the hall who started yelling that it was an accident. My fiancé immediately went to the front desk to notify them of what happened. He was told that it was probably the OWNER of the hotel, because the owner had went to look for a room they weren’t sure had been sold or not. This is just crazy to me, why would the owner of the hotel not have a key if he was going to check on a room. And what kind of business owner decides 1am is a good time to kick on a door even if the room was empty, and wake up people in surrounding rooms? Imagine being a female alone and this happening, that owner could do whatever he wanted and not get in trouble because the employees won’t do anything about it, at least they didn’t in our case. This was a very scary experience, I am writing this as I cannot sleep after the occasion. I highly suggest women and people with children do not stay here!!

Not happy with the changes The Motel looks great after the remodel. I've stayed here alot the past few years the staff is amazing and have done great. Two things changed that I don't like. They charged me 150 for a deposit on top of room cost which they never did before and they took away all the hot food breakfast only thing they have now is bagels. The hot breakfast was the best thing now you have to go somewhere else for food. Not very happy with the changes

Amazing Stay was wonderful, staff was very helpful and polite especially since it was a last minute stay due to our vehicle breaking down. Room was clean. Would stay again. Would refer to others. It was very helpful that they had a pretty area.

We'll be back. This is a very adequate motel. It is quiet, with good furnishings and a comfortable bed. Front desk staff were helpful. Great place for an overnight stop on a road trip. Good TV and good WiFi. We will be back.
