Excellent stay and service! Phenomenal service and staff! Special shoutout to Carmen at the front desk who helped us multiple times with our room and other requests! She and others made our stay very comfortable. We also were pleasantly surprised by how well our rooms were kept and the overall cleanliness.

No way...Never. This is the lowest score I have ever given a hotel. The management is unethical and not to be trusted. We were travelling as a group for business and each (upon arrival and trying to check in) decided that we would rather cancel our stay and lodge elsewhere than to give this place our business. We found a much better place right near by and for a significantly better rate per night. No bait n switch at the alternative hotel. As a constant traveler...I know when to avoid a place...this is definitely one of those sketchy types of places. Beware.

Would never go back Disappointing at best. Tired hotel that could only survive based in its location near corporate offices. Beat up rooms and halls. Dated decor. Bathroom was terrible - did not feel clean, tiny sink. Food was fine, evening (Carmen) and restaurant staff was great. Morning front desk staff not so much.

My visit to Rockland A very enjoyable experience. Plenty of parking, nice room and an easy in and out from the highway and to the room. Michelle was a great host; very friendly, helpful and most accommodating. I will gladly stay there again because of the service she provided.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING TO THIS VENUE This hotel we redone beautifully, however that is where it ends. The bed was like a brick both my husband and I were walking crooked from it. Then the bathroom, whoever designed it over designed it. Handicap bars through out the bathroom. There is a makeup area which is not correctly light. The shower was horrible. It has a 3 way diverter and each head just trickled water out and the shower curtain smelled. Now lets get to the help. I asked for and extra blanket and was given a mattress pad and 8:00 Sunday morning the maid is having a full blown speaker conversation with her sister, waking us up. I would never go back again
