Nothing short of excellent! I am very particular about where we stay. My husband and I had to stay for over 2 weeks while looking for a house. We had nothing short of a great experience. From management, front desk, housekeeping, the laundry and breakfast employees, even maintenance for that matter! Everything was clean and it exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend! Thank you comfort inn for making us feel at home when we didn’t have one! God bless you all!_☝️

Very Nasty Experience I have stayed at this hotel a few times and never had an issue with cleanliness of the rooms i stayed in. Until 4/26/2024, when i booked online in advance and checked into my room (301). The stench in the room was over powering to say the least to the point it was nearly unbearable to breathe in that room. The smell was very overwhelming. I then started looking around the room and noticed how nasty it was. Spill stains on the chair that was mostly made of cloth, a stain on the carpet that looked like it was not cleaned up entirely that looked like someone vomited there. Then there was what appeared to be blood on the floor beside the chair i noticed that hadn’t completely dried it looked like. That was it for me i seen enough. I called the front desk and the female working told me to bring my luggage and she would change my room. As i got to the front desk to change my room, the front desk clerk calls the hotel manager Raj, on her cellphone to tell him of the situation. Raj tells the front desk clerk that they will not change rooms for me since i booked the room “online” and that they can give me a refund on the room. I would rather sleep in the streets than to visit this hotel again!!!

Gone Downhill. We have a group that goes there every year and has for several. I did not get to go this year but the guys that did said never again. The year before was bad and it has only gotten worse. One said the toilet never did work in their room and no one came to fix it. Most said the towels were a cheap disgrace. All said the breakfasts were a joke and they went to a fast food place. Some were charged way more than they were quoted. There was no room service and all said things were dirty. When any complained to management they said he just ignored them. I told one to tell him we would not be back anymore. He said he did and the manager just walked back in his office. Was a real nice place when Bruce was alive and stayed there but it sure has changed.

Overcharged and careless I booked this room in advance and was sent a confirmation for $107. I noticed later that they charged me $144 upon checkout. Not cool.also, the entire time I was there, there were NEVER more than 4 cars in the parking lot, but they gave me a room with a view of nothing but the roof and air conditioning units. WHY?!

Very comfortable stay We booked a room last minute on Memorial Day weekend on a Saturday. Reserved a king bedroom and when we checked in, the GM upgraded us to a full suite (no extra charge). That suite was huge, with a nice sofa and a wet bar area with a sink, fridge and microwave. Very nice. Clean hotel and rooms, easy parking. Wifi worked just fine as well, we streamed some shows on our laptop, all good! Very nice hot breakfast the next morning, with all the good stuff and the usual waffles, too. No complaints at all, only good things to say.
