Quality Inn Rolla

Basic Services Unavailable. Cant get something as simple as a receipt for stay. They have the receipt. I called multiple times. Put on hold multiple times. After requesting multiple times I could not get a receipt. This has been incredibly frustrating! They cant email a or even a picture of a receipt.

OK First the good. Location is right off 44 and near to restaurants. The room was clean and parking was easy. The hotel has 1st floor where you park and 2nd floor where you check in. It’s an older building. The bathroom was not soundproof so not tons of privacy. They were semi- accommodating with room location. My main beef is customer service. I asked for 2 extra pillows to accommodate my husbands sleep apnea. They only had one to give us. At 7:00 pm there were 7 cars in the parking lot of a 3 story hotel, so I asked again and was told by Susan that there were no more pillows. I know there were plenty of unused pillows in those other rooms, but she said it was against their policy to take anything from other rooms. So we found an extra blanket in one drawer and used that. We go to hotels to sleep and this has not usually been a problem. We did not get a good nights sleep which is unfortunate. We are diamond elite status so we stay in Choice hotels ALOT . I hope if administration is reading this they are aware that that one pillow just cost them a 3 star rating instead of a 5 star review. Maybe a review of their customer service policies is in order.

Perfect for family's overnight Perfect for an affordable overnight on a road trip. Exceeded all expectations for this level of hotel. Friendly staff, rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was cereal, waffles, biscuits w gravy, pastries, juice, and good coffee. It is as nice as a hotel that costs $40 more. Deep clean of hallway carpet could help, but that is hardly a reason to not stay here.

Best Hotel in Rolla Mo. We are still here in the Quality inn in Rolla Missouri. This is our 3x to stay here. It is the BEST! I've stayed all over the US. This hotel goes above and beyond for it's guest. I don't know the other employee names but they are all amazing. Angel has treated us like family since checking in. We would be fools to stay any place else. Love this hotel!

Good place to crash on a road trip/moving trip Needed a place to stay while moving my son home from college and Quality Inn fit the bill--good location, good price, convenient to book online. Check-in was very smooth, staff very friendly and the property is clean and well kept. Room was comfortable and clean, the room had a refrigerator and microwave which was convenient since we had perishables. Noise level is very low. Parking lot is well lit but majority of parking is on the sides and back of the building so unload your stuff after checking in if you have luggage to carry up to the room, then park your car. We had a cargo van full of stuff and it was safe. Several other trailers, U-Hauls, etc. were all parked there without incident. Breakfast is limited but ample.
