not a good choice The rooms were dated, dirty and unpleasant. The pillows were very lumpy and the bed linen stained. The toilet didn't flush properly, the tiles in the bathroom were broken and the toiletries dismal. The breakfast was disgraceful. I went at 8 o'clock and the only thing left in the fridge (that I was told once held eggs and sausage) was one dried out sausage patty on a wrapped plate. There were corn flakes, fruit loops, some cheap yogurts, a few bagels and some nasty looking pastries. There was no one adding anything to the buffet. Those coming later had even less choice. The front outside entrance was littered with cigarette butts. The only thing that looked good was the front reception area and that was obviously a trick. The location was excellent in relationship to the airport.

Great location if your traveling from and to DTW Excellent location if you're traveling from DTW. Parking onsite and the shuttle was excellent. We asked for a wake up call and didn't receive it. Thank goodness we set our phones. Customer service at the front desk was great! We will return.

Old and flaky The room I stayed in was not the greatest. There was a smell of urine or sewage in the room and I could not identify the source. The batroom was poorly lit and extremely small. The toilet was slow to flush and came close to overflowing each time it was flushed.

Worst Shuttle Service & Poor Management Shuttle service is the worst! They are always late and the driver is rude, also when I was returning from my trip he took us to drop passengers to another destination in a dirty road, when the hotel was only few miles from the airport, apparently it is not a dedicate shuttle service, on top of that when he was dropping the first passengers he was throwing the baggage and he broke the handle of mine, when finally he took us to the hotel I made a claim in the front desk, I was told that the manager Bonnie will contact me later, and that never happened! I liked the hotel because it is close to the airport, but definitely I’m not planning to stay there anymore, I don’t recommend it at all!
