Rest after my basketball game. I really enjoyed my stay. It was for only one night. Bed was comfortable, room was very clean and the pillows was fluffy. Only thing I didn't like was the TV. It was ok but I preferred a bigger TV. Front desk was very polite.

False Advertising - No Shuttle and they are fully aware that it still states that on their website! Booked this hotel because it had decent reviews and a shuttle to the airport. Arrived and after my ride left and I was checking in, just before I went to my room, I asked if I could book the shuttle for 6:30. I was told they don't have a shuttle. I said your website states "free shuttle to airport" He said I know, we have asked them to take it off the website many times, and they do, but then they put it back on. Was told I would have to take a taxi. I would NOT have booked this hotel knowing that. I double checked when I got to my room and the website still says "free shuttle to airport" This is FALSE advertising and the hotel is definitely aware of the fact it is on their website and they do not offer it and haven't for quite some time!! I will be asking for a refund for the cost of my ride to the airport.

Terrible Booked a king suite and prepaid $160 online. Arrived to discover that room was not available. Was given a single queen instead and up charged an additional $27 for my 12-pound dog. So I paid more for a lesser room. And the room... The mattress felt like a worn kitchen sponge. Saggy, completely lacking in support. Any movement felt like a rollercoaster. This was made worse by a broken bed frame that had the bed tottering from corner to corner like a wobbly barstool. The HVAC system rattled and moaned so much I had to turn it off, which left us to sweat the night away. The floor was sticky, as were the table and nightstand surfaces. All this for $187. I've stayed at far better Motel 6 locations. I'd read all the positive reviews and thought this would be fine for a night. It wasn't. It was late when we checked in, 11:00 or so, which was too late to go looking for another hotel. When we checked in the front desk clerk made it clear this was a take it or leave it proposition, so it wouldn't have done any good asking for another room. I don't know how they got all the positive reviews they had, but we would never, ever go back there.
