Good Location & Nice Staff Torn curtains flutter In a tired, worn hotel room Neglected and sad. (The staff is friendly and it is a quick ride to the McNamara Terminal, but, the furnishings and decor and room appointments definitely need a refresh and there aren’t many decent food options around).

Could be better This could have been a much better experience, and some of this I suppose could not be helped. The pillows and bed were comfortable and I slept well. This, however, is a dated hotel without convenient USB ports as I find in most every hotel (I later found one located behind the TV). Breakfast was not free but in a steak restaurant in the hotel - which for $181.00 for one night was disappointing. But cheaper ones were within walking distance. A sign outside the hotel advertises an ATM that they do not have. The shuttle took over 1/2 hour to collect me last night, which is understandable. Other Holiday Inns I have stayed in have offered a ride to your rental car, which, when I inquired, I was told that they would take me back to the airport then catch another shuttle there - and my rental car location was not even a mile from my hotel. So in addition to the high charges to stay here, I now have to add another $20.00 for an Uber trip. In a day and age where there are charges for everything and tipping is an entitlement rather than a reward for good service, this was a disappointment.

Poor Stayed here for a week on business the refrigerator, microwave, tv and coffee maker all did work I ask the desk 3 days in a row to repair. Nothing was ever done. My coworkers rooms were never cleaned after requesting for multiple days. Avoid this hotel if you can.

Lack of care in maintenance is showing This hotel has an updated aesthetic. The bathroom looks like it was recently done and it has nice grasscloth wallpaper that could be very nice. However, the room(528) is not as nice as it can be. The wood surfaces were dusty and the wallpaper was peeling is some parts. Either it was not installed properly or there is a lack of care on the hotel’s part. The shower, which I indicated earlier, looks like it was recently put in, but the rubber gasket was black with mold. This could have been remedied by someone taking the gasket out to clean it. This hotel has potential, but if staff do not put in the care, it shows.
