Yuck, Ewww gross Agree with all the other reviews. The hotel STINKS of pot. The tv didnt work. The bed is on a metal platform with springs that makes weird banging noises all night with even the smallest movement. There is no relief from the very loud jet planes that fly over all night. The place is super dirty. We slept fully clothed because it's just nasty. If it hadn't been so late and we had not prepaid on TripAdvisor we would have gone elsewhere and we lamented that we were pretty sure the two hotels next door had no vacancies for the night. We actually debated - for real - just sleeping in the car in the parking lot. You get a really thin sheet that may or may not have seen three other guests before it gets washed and a thin throw for a blanket. The heater air conditioner is super loud and will go off and on about fifty times and is deafening so good luck sleeping. We had to unplug it. The condition of the property is extremely poor. I cant believe the health department has not condemned it. Look at the pictures I took of our room that were taken. I suspect you can easily score any kind of illicit drug in the parking lot by the drifters hanging around walking around the cars - definitely dont leave any valuables in your car. If you stay here, call your loved ones and tell them where you are before you check in so they can know where to start the search in the morning. Shame on TripAdvisor for suggesting this in any option and not showing this is truly a one star or lower place to stay. The only four stars deserved is for the photographer who took the hotel website pictures as he has some pretty mad editing and photoshop skills.

Sleep in your car for a better night's sleep. We booked a room at this hotel because we were catching an early flight. We found the rooms to be grossly sub-par, in desperate need of repair. They were somewhat clean; however, we were sent to three separate rooms before we were able to get a room with 1) TV with a remote, 2) a room with a working air conditioner, 3) a room with a TV that wasn't all static. We were moved three times. The firsts time, when I complained about the air conditioning not working, the desk clerk told me to find the reset button for the cord as "sometimes it shorts out." Still no air conditioning. AND no remote for the TV. When I asked where the remote was, I was told that "this room does not come with a remote control." Huh?? So we moved to another room. This time, I got the A/C to work by pushing on the restart button on cord by electrical outlet. The casing for that was broken and scary to push. But we now had a remote, but no TV channels. Just static. I called front desk and was told I had to program the TV. Desk clerk came to the room and said that the TV was broken, that they were aware of this. Again...huh?? Why put us in a room with a broken TV when I just was moved as we had no remote to power the TV. So were moved to a third room. This one had a TV that was on, but later in the night I found out that I could not turn off the TV. Or control the volume. Remote did not work. TV was just "on." The floors in this room were vinyl plank, and it seemed as though the flooring was placed down on top of bubble wrap. My husband walked across to go to the bathroom and I am sure the neighbors heard his steps. The bedding consisted of a very lightweight top sheet and a lighter weight "throw." No other blankets or spread. We turned off the A/C but we froze all night. Heater did not work. And woke up every time one of us walked to the bathroom. The lamp with outlets between the beds on the end table turned on, but the outlets were busted and a fire hazard. Broken bits of plastic on the table, with no way to use the outlets for phone charger. We did not sleep much at all, but got up early and went to the airport. Better to snooze in a chair upright than to stay in the joke of a room. DO NOT STAY HERE. Seriously. If I could give negative stars in the review I would. Horrible experience. And I saw not one, but three rooms. And all were is the same dysfunctional, neglected state. Pay a few bucks more and stay elsewhere.

Don't rely on the shuttle... Waited for an hour at the airport called and asked where they were and all they could tell us was they were there. called back 6 other subsequent times and no one would even answer the phone. we ended up getting a metro car to take us back ask the guy at the desk to reimburse us the cost and he just said no, he wouldn't even entertain the thought of splitting the cost. Their "FREE" parking cost $9 a day. The hotel smells like the inside of a 30 year old bong, heavy pot smell the whole night

Horrible The "shuttle" service is a JOKE! They only have 1 person running the front desk AND the shuttle! You're better off taking a taxi back to the hotel to get your car. We waited 35 minutes after being told the shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. After 35 minutes we called the hotel again, the women said she had to check in customers first because they were priority and could not give us a time on when we could be picked up. It was cold outside so we called a taxi. The rooms....NOT WORTH STAYING! Waste of time and money!

dirtiest hotel experience ever I've stayed in a lot of hotels before, but this one tops the list for the dirtiest one ever! The check in lady had a sign on the front window - be back in 25 mins. She was standing in the hallway socializing with another guest while we were waiting to check in with small children. The rooms were beyond filthy - it was clear it had not been cleaned properly. The bedside drawer had cut fingernails in it. Our bed sheets had hair and what looked like a blood stain on the sheets. The bed appeared like it had been slept in, and then made without changing the sheets. When we looked at the mattress, it was full of stains. The room also had a terrible smell to it. Breakfast....where do I even start about this. NOT at all what the picture appears. No fruit, no yogurt not even any juice for the kids. Im sure if the health unit was to see the conditions of the room, they would shut it down. I would never ever stay here again. The driver that took us to/from the airport was very friendly.
