Don't stay here Do not stay here. management does not run this place the thugs that rome the parking lot and live at the hotel do. Drug dealing going on shady people hanging around the parking lot and our truck, you just don't feel safe. We paid $160 for the honeymoon suite figuring my wife and I of 30 years were gonna have a great night with a hot tub and extra large king size bed, oh my God NO! The electric in the building was also not to standard , the hot tub was dirty, and half the lights weren't working . This Place is a drug infested RAT HOLE and should be shut down. We are contacting our bank to get a full refund cause we checked in at about 7pm and checked out around 12am cause my wife was scared.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! IT’S NOT SAFE! When we arrived at the hotel the lobby was robbed at gunpoint with shots fired! Bullet holes in the front door and safety glass in the lobby. I had 2 young kids with me and told the clerk we would not be staying. He argued with me about not giving me a refund, but then finally said they would. The rooms are a disaster, they are not cleaned, it is roach infested and above all IT IS NOT SAFE!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Disgusting!!!! We stopped here around 3 am to sleep and shower during a long drive from Massachusetts. We arrived, the front door was smashed like someone had punched it. Ok shady but whatever we just wanted to sleep and shower. Check in and headed to our room. Two little kids (maybe 7 and 8) running around in the parking lot ...it was 3 am!!!! We get to our room, the room was gross. I felt like i was on candid camera! There was a broken earring and a mens ring on the floor so clearly it had not been vacuumed. The bathroom was gross. Shower was filthy and there was used soap in it from a previous visitor. The desk chair had stains on it that only adults would understand. The door looked like it had been kicked in by the police and then glued back together. The dead bolt lock was broken. The smoke detector was covered in plastic like someone was smoking and didnt want it to go off. The bathroom floor was gross. The towels were stained. The a/c unit had mildew on it. We were in that room for 2 mins. We grabbed our stuff and left. I didn't care if we had to sleep in our vehicle. I felt dirty just being in the room. I was not staying there. It was not safe or sanitary. We walked back to the front desk and gave him back his key, told him it was filthy and there was no way we were staying there. He said they have a no refund policy. I will be disputing it with my cc company. This place not only is unsanitary but its unsafe. They have no right even operating this business and should be shut down.

Disappointed I didn't stay at the Regal Inn they had no parking. And wouldn't give me a refund after 20 minutes trying to find parking. Never will I go there again. Plus it was old fashion. The staff wouldn't even work with me. I slept in my car so I would not get towed

A very quiet yet clean place I loved my stay at the Regal Inn. The room were pretty clean and the amenities were nice as well. Compared to the rest of the hotels nearby, Regal Inn has the best rates with the nicest room available. Their hot tubs are amazing.
