Bed Bugs!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Stayed there on 10/6/2023. My child noticed bed bugs on her pillow shortly after 1am. Got moved to a different room since we didn't know the area and did not want to go searching for another place. However, we did not sleep well. When we left in the morning, the front desk clerk gave me a business card of a "Sales Manager" to email or call and said that this person would process a refund for me. I have called and emailed numerous times and they refuse to respond. Absolutely horrible customer service. I expect more from an IHG property.

Dangerous unlocked door and incompetent front desk staff The hotel staff at the front desk are incompetent and rude. The side door does not lock so anyone off of the street can walk inside at any hour day and night. Despite confirming they would not charge an early checkout fee, the hotel charged it anyway and was insulting when questioned about it. The hotel room was average, but not worth dealing with the dangerous door situation and morons at the front desk.

Elevator must go! Quiet location. Easy access to Rte400/SR19. Older building but our interior room looked a bit updated the past few years . Exterior is similar to Best Western next door (I'm assuming probably same owner). Our stay was decent and comfortable. Although it could use more vacuuming (i see past guests q-tips and hair ties beneath bed). If you are claustrophobic, the elevator makes an unnerving scary noise/rattle between the 2nd and 3rd floors; makes you feel like you'll get stuck in it. The elevator wall tiles are also falling apart. It is tiny, old, and most definitely needs to go. There seems to be an old/musty like smell by this elevator/hallway area - i noticed water dripping from the ceiling. Hard to believe no personnel notices this when they mop the floors & call the attention of management/maintenance. Our room had 2 comfy queen beds, a mini fridge, but no microwave. You have to use the microwave at the breakfast area. There is no 24-hour coffee or tea at the lobby either. Since it is an older bldg, the rooms are a bit more spacious than the newer 2 to 3 star brands. Shower is great. TV has limited 50 to 60 (garbage) channels. Ample parking and lots of restaurant choices within a mile. Breakfast included (front desk gives you a breakfast voucher) was a nice sit down with menu. You can have real eggs cooked to your liking! The potatoes and bacon were recycled/reheated quite a few times. The ladies serving were nice & pleasant.

Would give it a zero if that was an option Run away from this hotel. It is dirty, disgusting and you will get no sleep. It smells terrible in the rooms, the hallway is hot and balmy and the floors are sticky. They had three pool towels when we needed towels. They also had a party going until at least 1am where the base was so loud it shook our room. They did nothing about it despite my multiple calls. And the fire alarm went off at midnight s d woke my kids up. Stay anywhere else.
