Great stay and price Very impressed with the service and how clean, modern and pet friendly this hotel is. Zoey at the front desk was wonderful and gave my dog and I room on the first floor close to the exit door. This made for a quick easy in and out with the pup. Breakfast had good selection of eggs, toast and cereal. Hotel is on a quiet street and next to a sports park. CVS around the corner and UFO museum and shops about one mile from hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Would stay here again.

DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY Don’t stay here. I chose this place on our way back from Colorado bc we’ve stayed at other La Quinta locations, including having just come from one in Durango. All others are super clean, well maintained. This one, not at all. It was dirty, starting w the front drive. The elevator floors sticky, visibly dirty, hall carpets stained, paint peeling, and worst of all, hair on the sheets that also had stains on them. All furniture is worn and dated. It was apparent the floors inside the room had not been swept, much less mopped, or vacuumed. The bathroom smelled HORRIBLY, so much so that we did not even shower there. The sink faucet was loose, moving around on the counter. Had I went into the bathroom before my kids were asleep, I would have checked us out and moved somewhere else. The entire hotel was disgustingly filthy. As tired as we were from a week of vacation and driving several hrs the day we stayed, we were out of there by 6:30am the next morning, just to get away from the place. It’s hard to be loyal to a hotel chain when you run into an experience like this one. Unbelievable. Even the Durango La Quinta, that was severely understaffed (with only one housekeeper in the evenings), was extremely clean. I did make a complaint to the front desk that night after finding a hair on the bed, and she did not apologize, instead made an excuse that it was probably from the housekeeper, and offered to change the sheets. Made another complaint at checkout, and the man admitted they had several complaints that week, and had a meeting regarding the issue early in the week, yet issue remained. He discounted the stay by $50. - F. Murray stay on 07/25/24

Mold & staff who ignore safety concerns reported by guests Book next door and save yourself some trauma - you'll dodge uneducated, uncaring staff who enjoy bragging to each other about crime in front of guests. It's been a week and I still think about that poor dog....

The pictures in the description are completely fake. This place is nasty! Absolutely disgusting! The bed was full of bugs! Everything was filthy. The carpet, the sheets, the bathroom, none of them had been cleaned in a long long time. They admitted that they know about the bug problem but also refused to give a refund.
