Great TV and good breakfast but internet speed is throttled and there is no trailer parking available I chose this property because it was close to the place I was coming into town for to pick up a used car and trailer it back home. Little did I know (until check in) that they have no availability for trailer parking on the property. Where they told me to park ended up getting blocked in when I went to leave, and they had no idea which room the blocking truck belonged to. Another guest I got to know during my stay saw my dilemma and came and helped me lift the tongue of the trailer (with the car on it) and swing it out enough I could back my truck up to hook up. Thank you Miguel! Besides this major issue, the exterior of the property was Ok-ish clean, but the room was very clean and comfortable with the best TV I have seen in a hotel room in a long time. It was at least 55" and very clear. The breakfast was really good with variety. The sink water pressure was really low. Most basic toiletries are provided. The A/C kept the room temp where you wanted it, even through a 95* day. The other major problem was with their internet (wifi) throttling usage. I had a team meeting over video call and while it connected fine to begin with, after 4 minutes it dropped me. I reconnected, and again 4 minutes later I was disconnected. So I started watching the connection on a wifi analyzer app I have on my computer. I would initially connect with at least 3Mbs, but after 4 minutes it would drop down to 100k or less. I ended up having to go audio only during my meeting. Afterward, I did some tests with watching Youtube and streaming my Netflix shows. Same thing - initially connects good and strong and about 4 minutes later it drops to nothing. I had heard about certain chain properties doing this, but had never experienced it until now. Forget about this property if you are towing a trailer or wanting to stream your shows at night. Otherwise, it isn't bad

Never, no, don’t do it! Absolutely not. Don’t let any pics or good reviews trick you like they did us. This is not a nice place to stay. It’s a “renovated” old property that isn’t renovated at all - it’s just lipstick on a pig. The first room we were given was overwhelmed with the smell of bleach and the entire room carpet was wet. So they moved us to the room next door where the AC barely functioned & when it did, it constantly leaked water inside. Everything in these rooms is old. The fixtures, the furniture, the curtains…. Once our room filled with the smell of pot, we said that was enough and left. We were there for a total of 20 min and all the red flags went off. The front desk personnel were very nice and said they understood- we were issued a full refund. So, don’t make our same mistake! Please skip this property at all costs.

Dirty ; moldy and outdated. Belligerent supervisor who refuse to change my room , telling me the leak was fixed when it I booked for a two days stay. When I work up in the morning I realized there was a water leak and the show was broken and the face basin did not work. I contacted the front desk and I was told that the technician would come check it out. He recommended that I changed rooms and the front feet agreed to change my room

Bad Business We booked a room in July 2023 for the upcoming eclipse in April. Call the hotel in early March 2024 to make sure all was good with our reservation. Good thing we called... found out that the hotel was bought out by a new company and they were not honoring previously booked reservations. Bookings.com tried to work with the new property managers, but they just refused to honor. This is bad business. Thankfully, bookings.com did their part and refunded us the money.

Money grabbing, unethical, deplorable hotel management Worst business practice imaginable. I had a reservation with the property since December (for the solar eclipse) and was in contact with them in January about check-in times. Now, three month later I received a call that "unfortunately" they are overbooked and have to change my reservation to another day. I refused. Then they cancelled my reservation alltogether. I'm absolutely sure they cancelled all "cheap, early" reservation and are letting me sleep on the streets so they can make more money. Deplorable. I will fight this.
