Cozy and nice This holtel is sooooo nice and pillows are cozy you can go swimind with is vary nice it has nice staff and good breakfast and I loved this from first look of room.it has clean beds and I would recommend the breakfast and I just love it I totally recommend

No Hospitality Here When my family needed a place to stay because our House flooded, Manager Matt was nothing but rude. During our short stay the AC didn’t work for 5 straight days and I was told to be patient. But when my dog barked because I was out dealing with contractors I was told the cops would be called on me. No hospitality here

Austin stay I travel a lot and on this trip they stay at this Hilton was really bad, I stayed 6 days and they didn't clean my room till the last day before check out. Also the breakfast was expensive and not free. Like I said I have stayed at other Hiltons that are more luxurious and the breakfast is free.

Clean, comfy, and cozy My husband and I visited the Georgetown Hilton Gardens Inn for the Thanksgiving holiday. We loved the convenience, cleanliness, and the overall cordiality of the staff. We also enjoyed food and the bath products. It was a great hotel stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Quick Trip The staff was great, the hotel is far enough from the highway that the highway noise doesn't bother you, but still close enough to gain quick access. Elevator was fast, the door was slow closing, but that wasn't a big deal. Very restful stay.
