Wonderful place to stay I was visiting a friend, Staybridge Suites was an option given to me as a possible place to stay. I am so glad I chose them. The staff are friendly and the location is in a quiet road, with bonus Starbucks and Outback Steak House very close by. My suite was wonderful, loads of space, plus a kitchen that was kitted out with everything you could possibly need. The bed was a dream to sleep on and Dove products were provided in the shower and the sink - I really need not have bothered to bring shampoo, conditioner, body wash or body lotion. Loads of lovely fluffy towels too! The breakfast buffet was amazing and was included in the price I paid. The only negative I could find was the decor was a little dated, but everything was clean. Thoroughly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Great suite In this newer hotel our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom suite was clean and well appointed. It was roomy with a kitchen and living room. One bedroom had a king size bed and the other had 2 doubles. The staff were kind and the breakfast was nice. We missed the turn onto Anchor Parkway the first time but were able to turn around in a gas station and correctly turn the second time. Perhaps a sign at the street corner would help.

Don't Do It--Do NOT Stay At This Property! From check-in to unceremonious early departure our experience at this unsavory property was terrible at best. We normally travel in our motor coach with our pets but my mother had just been diagnosed with lung cancer and we wanted to get home quickly to offer assistance--this property had availability and accepted pets. Having grown up in the area in the 60's/70's I envisioned Royersford to be what it once was...The town itself has grown immensely but this hotel has become a haven for a rough long term chain smoking crowd--including the hotel employees and front desk management at the hotel main entrance and rear deck. The smoke is sucked in and permeates every space including the elevators. Upper management appears to have sided with the $$ stream based on our personal interaction and does not act in good faith. Our troubles began on the day of check-in when we encountered a "guest" with 2 large dogs coming through the hotel with them unleashed and then proceeded to take them outside unleashed and running well away from the owner. Having a new 7 month old puppy this did not sit well with us; particularly since we had been attacked by just this type of unleashed situation in the past. My Wife approached the front desk manager who blew it off indicating the owner "lived there". When pressed to speak to a true manager, he refused and then added "oh, they are service dogs". Having 2 true service dogs is unlikely at best when most wait years for access to a single dog and upon our independent research, the owner is required to offer what specific task the dogs are trained to accomplish when asked. Unless it is a very specific task that requires them to be off leash e.g. checking out a space for obstacles, the dogs are required to be on leash. These dogs were accomplishing no task but urinating and defecating on the property and not being cleaned up after. This was a ruse and we knew it. Getting no satisfaction from the smoke factory front desk "manager" my wife growing extremely frustrated, told the employee "unless you let me speak to the general manager I'm going to be your worst nightmare until you do and I am calling the Police". The Limerick Police came and the responding officer was able to speak to the General Manager who agreed to allow us to leave with only 1 nights charge (we were booked for 7 nights). At 10:30 PM after visiting my sick mother, I had to pack us up and move to another hotel that was gracious, spotless, and a world of better difference: Residence Inn Collegeville. We thought we were through with the nightmare experience but no...the front desk dude called the police on my wife indicating she was threatening by the "worst nightmare" statement. This according to the police, is a tactic used to allow the hotel to put you out, and this establishment was very familiar with it.Really?? To top things off, we find out the hotel operations manager recanted the General Manager's agreement and ordered us to pay a second night for a late check-out, are your kidding me? Needless to say that ain't gonna happen. Having spent 32 years as a combat support intelligence officer, I can assure you my "spidery senses" were tingling. There is some bad stuff going on inside this place with complete complacency on management's part. The police in this divisive era we are living in have their hands tied unless an actual incident occurs--which trust me, happens on nearly a daily basis. Oh, and the owner of the "service dogs" came waltzing in with liquor bottles and dropped a bottle of wine shattering it on the hotel entrance apron. Didn't stop, didn't offer to help, shards of glass and wine everywhere just left for someone to clean up--is this the kind of establishment you feel safe in? Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere--we highly recommend the Residence Inn Collegeville just 4.8 miles away, same price and a world of greatness better.

Not up.to staybridge quality So my husband and i stay at a lot of IHG properties at least 6 stays a year. This probably is the worst stay at a IHG properties and definitely the worst Staybridge stay. There is no housekeeping during stay, you are instructed to bring down any dirty/wet towels/linens in order to get new. Then wait as the front clerk washes more? We had to do this twice in a 3 night stay. We ran out of TP on night 2 and had to ask for more with 3 night stay. Also with bodywash. The breakfast was a good selection except everything was always out and no rush to get it refilled. Even when asked. It seems (though i could be wrong but they used a side door and were in scrub like clothing) that it was hotel staff helping themselves to breakfast in front of guests. Even taking the last of pancake batter leavjng paying guests waiting 20 minutes for more. The cleanliness over all is about a 5 out of 10.

Wonderful Stay We came to this hotel because we’d been here before and had such good experiences then. They did it again. Clean, spacious rooms (they upgraded us to a suite) and when a light bulb burned out they replaced it immediately. Breakfast is a large, wonderful affair, although they could use a few more tables for the guests. They had all the breakfast food you could want. The swimming pool is also a very nice size.
