Caution on room choice Stay away from room 109. It’s a handicap accessible room with roll in shower but it’s directly behind the elevator & next to the elevator equipment room. It’s extremely noisy & the shower is not installed to drain properly so it leaks out onto the bathroom floor creating the need for multiple towels for sopping it up. This room really should be repurposed for something & not rented to guests. Aside from that & a toaster yet no bread offered to toast each morning this place is good. The pool area is very nice, it was clean, staff was polite & road noise was minimal or perhaps drowned out by the elevator & it’s equipment room.

Would stay here again Hotel was very Clean, rooms were great size and conveniently located near highway; However, being near the highway is a plus because of easy access, but a negative because room was a bit noisy. We only stayed one night because we were travelling but would definitely stay here again.

Great Customer Service This was an excellent place to stay for the weekend. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. My mother is a quadriplegic and I forgot to ask for a roll in shower, but the hotel was able to provide for our need at the last minute. My husband was very impressed with Donna, an attendant during the breakfast hour. All in all we give this location five stars!!

Great staff! We came up for a work related event at La Tech. Donna and Sheila were exceptional! I came down for breakfast at 6am with my two babies who were up early, and was welcomed by Donna’s sweet smile and wonderful southern hospitality and conversation. Great place to stay in Ruston!

Clean and comfortable Stayed one night on our drive from Florida to Texas. The room, property and breakfast area were very clean. Two staff were keeping the breakfast clean and stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Front desk personnel were very friendly. Pleased with the stay.
