Filthy, old, and my brother saw three drug deals happen in the parking lot After going to our rooms past drug deals in the parking lot, walking on filthy floors and carpet, we get to our two double rooms. The pictures I posted speak for themselves. Painted and pealing old bathtub, black mold, filthy walls and carpet, old rusted lamps, old phones with wires sticking out. I ended up booking rooms at a different place and the receptionist assured me the manage won't charge my credit card, but they did charge my credit card.

Terrible hotel!!! They were overbooked so shoved a whole family into a one king bed room or pay for a 2nd room with walk in price even though we reserved 2 queen beds. Then, it took over 20 minutes to check in. This place is so gross and dirty and there are cigarette burns in the sheets. The ac doesn’t work, it’s hot in here. There are also homeless and other people hanging around the parking lot. So glad I will be leaving at 5am to continue toward my destination because this place is really bad...

Bogus cleaning fee Absolute worst place!!! they WILL charge you an extra room cleaning fee and never answer their phone. Just try calling them.I don't know what they are saying they had to clean because they won't pick up the phone. I may have left my leftovers in the fridge, but $75 dollars to throw out my untouched pancakes is crazy! Had to call the bank to stop their rediculous fees!!! Total headache for a really crappy room at that, should have gone with my gut and gone to motel 6 across the street

Stressful Stay! Staff's Big Mistake Caused me Untoward Anxiety! The room was fine -- comfortable decor, big TV, nice bathroom and fabulous bathroom amenities. And the maintenance guy was super nice when he helped us change rooms (the TV didn't work). HOWEVER, when I checked-in my debit card was declined -- which I knew was fine. Fortunately, I had a few hundred $$ on another debit and was able to pay for a few nights. The man at the desk told me I had to pay for seven nights, as reserved (?!). When I called my bank the next day, they said it was fine, but an incorrect security code had been entered. Fast forward to me reserving more days on booking.com -- and a day later they sent me a cancellation -- saying my debit card was declined. Long story short-- when I went down to pay for more days it was once again declined. I'm a panic and insist he make it work. Turns out whoever run it the first time input the incorrect expiration date. Whew! But he didn't even apologize for the mistake. He was like, "Uh, the date was wrong."

I Moved After One Night I was surprised to see this low class motel in a nice neighborhood. I reserved this hotel because it was very close to Sutter Hospital, and my sister was having an operation there. The style and design reminds me of 1980's motel, and after walking the stairwell next to my room (219), I don’t believe the stairwell has been cleaned since the 1980's. Check In gave me a hint of what I was getting into, but I ignored the hint. The 5 foot square check in area had 2 desk with computers, but apparently outdated software.. The clerk had to use an old hand calculator to verify that the price on my reservation was correct. The he had to go into the back office to verify that I had a reservation. Of course, they did not have the modern credit card swipe, so they had to telephone the credit card company to authorized. And, yes, the phone was on speaker phone the entire time. Off to my room. The elevator door & interior walls had grafitti drawn on them The room did not have a microwave, or a coffee maker. It did have a small frig & a TV. The floor looked to be covered with old worn bathroom tile. But the bed had clean linen sheets & pillow cases. I bought along a couple books to catch up on my reading, but the 2 lamps could not generate sufficient light. Also, no hangers in closet. The bathroom had strong water pressure and was clean. The drawbacks were that the shower head was located about 5 high (I’m 5' 10 & it was at my chest). It was a fixed shower. The toilet was the old fashion kind, about 8 inches off the ground with a small circular toilet seat. The WiFi was impossible. It was free & slow. Also, I would get approximately 10-minutes of access, and then it would cut of for 10 - 15 minutes. After an hour of that routine, I just gave up. They did offer a Free Breakfast, but I felt it was safer to eat at a regular restaurant. I originally book a 4-night stay, but I checked out after one night. I do not recommend this motel.
