A dive This place was disgusting. Stains everywhere! Sticky floor! Air conditioner had so much dust but couldn’t use because dial missing. We slept in our clothes took off bed spreads and slept on top of sheets. Left at 4:00 am. Afraid our truck would get broken into.

Don’t do it! Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Reviews seemed good and so did pictures - NOT TRUE! Homeless camp along the side, tweakers in the parking lot all night (and loud) with limited parking spots. Non-smoking room reeked like a multi-decade ash tray. I didn’t even want to unpack the car but also didn’t want to leave anything in it! Had pre-reserved so had to stay but absolutely did not feel safe. Deadbolt was broken. Overflowing trash on property with fast food containers along stairwell. Outside was so dirty and inside had holes burnt into sofa, sticky floor. We barely slept. Awful. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Executive Inn and Suites-Dangerous Illegal Trafficking Front I stayed at this establishment a few days ago. Was filthy-drug needles, stains on the walls, prostitutes in and out, and pandering men. Very dangerous, filthy, and unsafe. "Illegal brothel" is all I could think while staying here. The first room I stayed in is pictured, the second room they moved me to was worse.....but with a hypodermic needle in a drawer. Human trafficking must run rampant here, had a pimp try to pick me up right outside my door, as well as many gentleman in and out of the room next to me. Boycott this chain and others like it. These places are the breeding grounds of illegal activity. I even saw a woman in a car hiding from a cop. I didnt know about places like this as I never stayed in a Motel so close to downtown. If you MUST stay here as a single woman, carry pepper spray, or something else for protection, and dont leave your room after dark. The phones are broken in all the rooms so if something were to happen there would be no way to alert anyone, and I just have to wonder how many poor women have been assaulted in locations such as this one. Do the right thing and share this review. Lets end this hot bed of illegal activity and others like it.

You'd have to pay ME to stay there again. Where do I even begin? The neighborhood was shifty and had a homeless encampment around the corner. We checked in around 9:30-10 pm and the clerk didn't even get off his phone call to check us in. We were given the room and when we pulled around, imagine our surprise when we found the security latch on and someone in the room! We went back to the front desk and he didn't even apologize and just gave us a different room two doors down. Luckily, this one was vacant. We had to ask for a second key, despite my companion and I both being at the desk to check in, and he literally had to unwrap a new key to be able to give us a 2nd. Once in the room, we were settling in to relax and weren't very happy that the lights wouldn't all turn on. We discovered that the bulb on the main sconce was unscrewed, and there were switches near the bathroom that didn't seem to have any function. We also had to plug in the televison to use it, and the wifi barely worked. For a "suite" it was a decent size and there were a lot of outlets, but unfortunately the only outlets near the head of the bed was behind the bed...which I'd think is where a modern traveller with their phones would want an outlet. We pulled out the bed a bit to see if we could plug our chargers in there and were horrified to find a poorly wired outlet that wasn't secured properly into the wall - BEHIND THE BED where the fabric was clearly a fire hazard. When we were leaving, we pulled the bed out more to unplug our chargers and actually found what we fist thought was a small tennis ball and then realized it was a dried up lime! The room was about as clean as it could be (save the lime). The bathroom had some grout and rust issues, there were scuff marks everywhere, and the bathroom sink faucet didn't work right. The room also smelled like cigarette smoke, despite supposedly being a non-smoking room. The only good thing I'll say about this place was that the AC worked properly, which for a June weekend in Sacramento was critical, and the bar area was new and nice. I absolutely would not stay there again unless I was paid to stay there. And even then, I might think twice.
