Nice stay, hospitable staff and great coffee! We had a very brief stay here: coming in at midnight and then checking out at 7am. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and even though breakfast doesn’t start till 8, he made us coffee and let us grab any breakfast items at 7 because we were rushing out. And the coffee was better than Starbucks!

Can't recommend anything but the location I've stayed in a few Quality Inns so thought I knew what I was in for, but I was wrong. Location is convenient to downtown and the convention center and parking is free, but those are the only upsides I can report. The room was the most unclean I have ever seen a hotel room, including 2 (small) blood smears in the bathroom, mold in the shower, and stains on the bed cover and walls. Bed was comfortable and sheets seemed clean, so can't complain there. Lots of visible paint chipping off the walls, poorly patched repair jobs. Breakfast was disappointing, even though I wasn't expecting much. There was no milk for the cereal, and the apple juice machine spit out a chunk that looked suspiciously like mold. At that point I decided to grab a banana and call it a day. Overall, I can't recommend staying here. If I was planning to stay in Sacramento another night I would have found alternate accommodations. However if the cleanliness improves I'd give it another try.

BUYER BEWARE. Do not, under any circumstances, stay at this gobsmackingly awful motel. It’s 1:37 a.m. as I write this. I drove 9 hours to come to Sacramento, and all I wanted was a good nights sleep. Well, not tonight. There is a night club a block away and the hoofers sound like the Hounds of Hell barking at my door (I tried pulling the pillows over my ears and it made it worse). I amped up the AC but nothing—NOTHING—blocks the noise. The train is blasting its horn at Denali-high decibels and now two women are yakking outside the yellow urine-stained door. The room is old. The carpet is threadbare. There is mold everywhere. If you like spiders, you’ll enjoy the elevator. Just stay away. Save yourself the misery and run. Run far away from this hell-hole. Your eardrums will thank you.

One of the worst hotel experiences ever! DO NOT STAY HERE. Even though we only stayed here one night, that was too much. First of all, parking is a nightmare. There are very limited spots and the turning radius is crazy small. The exterior of the building shows its age and neglect. The stucco is old, stained and cracked. The stairways are in disrepair and dirty. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke, even though this place is touted as no-smoking. The carpet was dirty, the fixtures dated and the bed was average, at best. Needless to say, we were not happy and would love to save you the hassle we experienced. My advice is to stay somewhere else. This place was terrible.

Terrible Service! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in a hotel! I had just driven 6 hours with my 4 kids in tow 11:30pm, refused to give me the room he quoted over the phone an hour earlier. Terrible front desk assistant manager - guy with Indian accent! Listed free breakfast, says no breakfast when I arrived. Listed pool, says pool closed.
