Nick B, the Batman of Marriott Hotel Nick B. of Maintenance saved the day. He’s the best employee they have here. Dude comes in and fixes the TV and went above and beyond for me and my girlfriend. He made us feel welcomed and at home. If you ever have a problem at this Marriott ask for Nick B. He’s the Batman of the Marriott hotels!!

Horrible Experience Don’t bother booking here. They’ll cancel a *confirmed* reservation without any notice. After scrambling to find another hotel around the corner, we were told this happens all the time with this particular Marriott. One employee even mentioned she used to work there and quit because of the management, specifically because situations like this kept happening. The front desk staff were rude and completely unhelpful. We’ve been Marriott members for years, but that didn’t seem to matter at all.

Would not recommend this property Paid for a high floor king room with M Club access. Received a double bed room on the 6th out of 12th floor. M Club had two huge Starbucks machines that looked awesome but BOTH out of order. Rooms were basic, small and very little sound isolation. Could hear people and housekeeping throughout the stay. Food and service at the restaurant/bar was surprisingly great. Would not return or recommend.

Excellent Accommodations & Location It is with pleasure that I offer this review of the Saddle Brook Marriott. We had business in NYC and prefer to stay in New Jersey for its proximity to Pennsylvania, Interstate 80, and the Garden State Parkway. In addition to its excellent location, this hotel has been completely renovated. The remodel is first class! One of the things we truly appreciated in their new bathroom was the generous bath sheet towel…enormous and so soft. This was our first time staying at the Marriott Saddle Brook and it won’t be our last. We plan to be back very soon. It will be our go-to hotel when we visit the NYC area.

Convenient location, but wouldn't stay again. Chose this location as it is close to the hospital where my dad is and the back and forth has been a lot of my mom. We checked in around 9:30pm on Friday, November 7, and the lady at the desk didn't even acknowledge we were standing in front of her. When she eventually looked up, there was no hi, hello, just "can I have your ID please." There was little to no further communication after that. Just "insert your card." She didn't tell us about the amenities, she didn't tell us where we could eat, she didn't tell us where the elevators were, just handed the keys and said "7th floor." No acknowledgement of being a reward member. I think the hotel itself is overpriced. The bathroom was tiny and the room just basic.
