Amenities are a lie; Hostile owners Beware of this place, go literally anywhere else. I booked online and checked in at 2am then went to bed. Woke up to a lady staff member yelling at me something about “no dogs”. I tried to show her on the website where it says “Pets ok, no fee” and she refused to look, mumbled some things, and something about my mom—then walked away. Sorry but your info on booking sites being misleading is your problem, hotel. Those are the terms I accepted when I gave you $$. Also seeing in reviews where you’ve been caught lying about having a pool. Shame.

DON’T waste your money!! This place is absolutely horrible!! It’s filthy dirty, not just the walls, doors, microwave etc but the sheets are stained and don’t smell clean! Mold growing on the bathroom ceiling! Not worth it at all

Hell on Earth The entire carpet was damp. The mattress pad wasn’t attached to the mattress. You can hear and feel the springs even just sitting on the mattress. There was not fitted sheet, just a plain sheet which didn’t even cover the mattress. The sheet was stained red. Each bed only provided 3 terrible pillows. The sheet situation was where there are two blankets/quilts on top of a sheet, which makes me question how often these things actually get washed. There were forehead sized dents in the wall. Both nights we were woken up by banging against the wall from the room next door. The shower barely produced water and what it did was freezing cold. The same piece of “art” appeared 3X in the room. No variety. The hair dryer didn’t work. No iron was provided. We had to throw ourselves against the door after swiping our key because the door wouldn’t budge. The cleaning staff was very rude to us when they woke us up in the morning. The cleaning staff only switched out the towels. The “continental breakfast” is two half-empty things of cereal. The front desk staff was behind glass. We never saw the hot tub but fear what diseases lie within it. It was 10 degrees outside and we still considered sleeping in the car because this place was SO nasty. I would not recommend this hotel to any traveler but I would recommend it for a health inspection.

Horrible Experience This was actually the 2nd time I stayed here. The 1st time I stayed there a younger guy was working in the office and enjoyed my stay so booked a room there again. This time the older guy was working in the office. I was staying there with my 2 children. When I checked out the room everything was fine until I said I wasn't staying there with a man, that it was just me and my children. Then he started talking to me like I was a bad person or something, saying multiple times that it was a nice motel and that they didn't want any trouble and I couldn't have any visitors which I didn't plan on anyways. I'm guessing it has something to do with him being an Arab and their beliefs that women are inferior and shouldn't be without a man. Then when I was bringing stuff in the room, he actually told me that I had brought enough stuff in and didn't need to bring in anything else (all I had to bring in so far was my purse and my baby's diaper bag). I couldn't even bring in our clothes for the night. Me and my kids come to Saginaw every weekend to visit family and would've been a weekly guest but now I will never book a room here again. It's really there loss as I'm a perfect customer as we always stay 2 nights, are gone during the days only coming to the room to sleep, clean the room spotless before we leave, and still leave a tip for housekeeping. Needless to say after how I was treated, I didn't clean at all and did not leave a tip. Because of his petty attitude, he lost out on a good and regular customer.

Disgusting and rude When we booked on Expedia I booked for 2adult & 17 year old. Entered room w king bed/dirty sofa sleeper that didn't pull out because it was behind a heater. Office wouldn't give us bedding to sleep on top of couch because they said we only booked for 2 adults, but we COULD pay $22 to get beds for 3 people. There were cobwebs in bathroom, stain on bathroom wall that looked like blood, filthy coffee pot and blow dryer (see pics). Heater hung crooked from wall. Wifi was locked and we weren't given the code, so 17 year old mad they couldn't do their schoolwork. Pay a little more and stay somewhere you feel safe-parking lot lights were all off. Glad husband was with me or I wouldn't have felt very safe. Noisy from outside all night.
