Disappointing Air conditioning noisy and not efficient. Breakfast is a granola bar from Costco. The rooms are very outdated.

Terrible Service & Horrible Experience Staff unwilling to accommodate broken air conditioner in the summer in a timely manner. Rooms are dirty and smelly. Terrible customer service. Large homeless population right outside the hotel- not safe for pets or kids. Highly recommend not booking at this hotel.

GUNS AND DRUGS FOUND IN ROOM My two year old found four bottles of pills (at least one controlled substance) and a loaded gun in one of the nightstands. Hotel is refusing to refund me despite this potentially catastrophic event. Had I not been watching my son he could’ve been seriously injured, could’ve taken the pills, etc. The room had clearly not been cleaned (how else would something like that be missed?). Nobody reported these findings to the police, no one did anything to try and ensure my family felt safe staying there. I was awake all night in part due to the leaky shower - drip drop all night, in part because I was scared that whoever left their gun and bottles of pills behind would be back. Worst hotel experience ever. The front desk attendant took the gun and drugs away in a garbage back and I heard nothing again. When I checked out I asked to speak with a manager and the front desk attendant immediately got defensive and said I couldn’t get a refund (I hadn’t even asked for one at that point) and instead offered me $20 to just leave. I called the hotel multiple times to get ahold of someone regarding a refund. When I finally got ahold of the manager he was very pleasant and said that I had been fully refunded. This is where it gets more shady - I booked through Orbitz. The hotel said they refunded the money to Orbitz and that I’d need to contact them to get it depsoited back to my personal account. Got ahold of Orbitz, they said they needed confirmation from the hotel that they refunded me. I sent them a screenshot of the email confirming that the hotel had indeed refunded me. Orbitz then had to call the hotel manager to further confirm. Just found out today that the hotel told Orbitz that they were not going to refund me. This was a very serious situation that could’ve gone horribly horribly wrong and it threw off our entire night. Now the hotel lying and refusing to refund me is the reason I’m choosing to leave this review. I gave them the chance to make it right and they failed.

Clean- but no real window locks, huge leaks, gap in door I will start with good. Easy smooth check in, friendly attendant. Room was very clean, well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Heating and AC is a bit outdated but they work. Now for the bad. 1) street leading in was lined with homeless camping. Right up to the entry 2) large window lock was broken. It was open when I arrived and was difficult to slide closed, top would move/bottom would stick. Only way to lock was with a stick wedged between window and wall 3) huge gap around the door let in light and wind. Could peek through Like a peephole. 4) very damp and musty 5) no noise control, neighbors up and rowdy till 3:30 am 6) Water from upstairs shower poured into my tub when they showered at 3am. Then continued to drip for another hour or so. Had to lay down a towel to dampen the noise from the dripping. So at least room 111 stay far away from!! I would have expected this from a lower end chain, but not from Wyndham nor from any hotel or room that is normally over $100 a night.

Clean Room My room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The room was spacious and not overly crowed with a lot of unnecessary furniture.
