Pleasant stay except for noisy revelers We had to stay at this hotel overnight because I had outpatient surgery nearby the next morning. Overall, a pleasant stay in nice clean rooms and nice breakfast buffet the next morning. The staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. The only problem was our two rooms overlooked the pool area and while the pool was closed, a group gathered around the table outside the pool area by the grill and were very loud until around 11 p.m. that night. We wondered if they were even hotel guests because cars came, parked, and then left. Could locals be using your grounds to party? Suggest security be tightened for a more pleasant restful stay for your guests.

Not average The updates that was done in the room was nice, however, the room had an old musty smell and the parking lot was very noisey. There was individuals outside underneath my window making noise and playing loud music almost all night. I never stayed in a hotel that allowed that much noise to be made on their property.

Will gladly be back! This place is great! This was my first time traveling with my dogs, and they were beyond accommodating. Jessica (the manager) was amazing, and all the staff I dealt with were great! From checking in, where I received two dog treats for my pups and a pamphlet with local info on dog friendly places in the area, to check out, I can't say enough good things about this place. When I come back, this will be the only place we stay. It was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The outdoor pool was available until 10pm, the breakfast choices weren't limited, and my animals and I weren't judged at all. Thanks so much, Hampton Inn, Salisbury, and their incredible staff!

Overbooked and cancelled reservation with one day notice. I booked a room 2 months prior to my May reservation and was informed me by email the day before I was due to arrive that they overbooked and cancelled my reservation. This is the first time that has ever happened to me at any hotel. Not fun scrambling to get to find another hotel so I could attend my son's graduation.

Great place to stay The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good. The staff in general were overly zealous to help. The lady at reception was very helpful with multiple requests. Her name was Krystina. I would stay here again without any reservations.
