The manager said no refunds because we booked it in advance. I have never heard of such a thing? The room was nasty, food all over the walls and the bathtub was nasty and looked unclean. The heater in the wall had mold around it and smelled bad. The overall condition of this room was horrible. The exterior of this building was not in good condition either it looked run down. The person that checked me in was in a big hurry and rude, said she had to leave it was time for her to get off.

Great stay Hotel was clean. Room cleaned daily and new linen everyday. The tub and shower looked like brand new. Fridge and microwave in the room is helpful. I wished you had a cooktop in the room. I would stay for my entire 6 week travel nurse assignment. The only con is the breakfast. The exact same things available everyday. I loved the sausage but after 2 weeks of the same… the waffles are good though

Worst hotel experience ever We stayed bc we attended the Polar Express and it was a closer option and not the cheapest or lowest rate. Upon entering our room we found it smelling awful and when I called the front desk the woman said they were fully booked and had no other option. When i asked if we everyone was checked in she said no and then i asked if we could have one of those rooms since my kid had asthma. She seemed confused and said they were “assigned” and it was fully booked again. When i asked if she could reassign us to a different room that wasnt checked in yet she gave me attitude and said again they are fully booked bc of Polar Express Train. Fine it was one night well stay. When i turned the ac on (yes in December) since the room was so humid and stale I saw the white sheer curtains shredded and all around the room walls were “fixed” and not repainted. Later while showering there was mold everywhere on the walls and ceiling. One small shampoo and a small bar soap for body and face. The breakfast was lacking with “egg” patties tasting like “wet sponge” as my son told me and sausage patties almost as bad. One waffle machine made for a busy line. Cold food breakfast was all sugar pastries. No bagels or other breads. OJ was a very dark orange. The last straw that made me post this was finding men’s underwear in my bed at the headboard. This place is going downhill fast. I would not recommend this hotel/motel even for one quick night. Just as bad as a Motel 8 if not worse.

Q I Stayed for 3 nights while visiting family in the area. The hotel was clean. Evidence of the buildings age is apparent here and there, however there have been/is being updated. We slept well and all interactions with employees were good. Breakfast seemed to be a bit limited- likely by the pandemic situation. Very good access right off of the highway.

Great value. Great staff. This hotel has the nicest front desk staff of any hotel I have ever stayed at. We have stayed here several times over the past two months while visiting my mom at Trinity Oaks across the street. It appears this property has had a refresh in recent years and is in good shape.
