Nice hotel, terrible part of the city. This is a very nice Homewood Suites with nice sized rooms. It was a comfortable stay. Parking is a pain, however, because the only somewhat secure parking is in the parking garage under the building for an additional $10/day. This hotel, while quite nice, is in a very dicey area of town. There are homeless people everywhere and a lot of crime. Also, much of the time there was no one at the front desk. All in all, this is a nice hotel in a terrible part of town. Remember that you will get charged another $10/day for parking that is somewhat safe.

Poor experience We have stayed at this hotel several times in past years. This time was very disappointing. Front door was locked at 4pm on Friday so could not enter. Live ants in bathroom and else where n room. Overall, we did not feel welcome. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

Horrible. Do not stay here. I never leave reviews, but this place was just awful. We knew we were arriving late so we did the digital key/check in. We are Hilton Diamond members through a lot of work travel. My husband dropped us off at the front and we are bringing our bags in. We walk past the desk and the staff member there to go to our room on the first floor. She says nothing. We get to the room and the digital key will not work. So I go to the front desk and the staff member says I have to approve you at check in. I then go on to explain we do the digital/online checkin to avoid this and we have never not been able to check in like that at any other Hilton branded hotel that offers it. She repeated they have to approve it to make sure I am not a minor. I am 47. As much as I wish, I looked underage, I do not. I use our log in on the app al of the time. It has all of our information and ages in our account. This should not have to happen if you offer a digital key and check in. So I got our card keys and we get in the room. It is hot. We lower the temp and realize the AC isn't working. My husband calls the desk and we are told there is nothing they could do and there weren't any other rooms our size available. Thankfully the ceiling fan worked. I called for linens for the pull out sofa bed our son was going to use since the linen bag only had a pillow in it. The front desk person said she would bring it down 30 minutes later. We said fine. 30 minutes went by and no linens so my husband went to the front desk and we were told she couldn't get linens until the new person came on board for their shift at 10:15. It was past 10:15. We waited for 30 minutes and no one ever came. We took the flat sheet off of one of the bed and the top quilt off of the other and made the bed as best we could. The only redeeming thing was the breakfast. It had decent eggs, beef for breakfast tacos, good potatoes, and fruit. It was the only redeeming thing about this stay, and we have stayed at a lot of Hilton branded hotels.

No Room Service AT ALL, even when asked for it TWICE. Stayed here for 4 nights. Never once did they come clean the room even after calling housekeeping and going to the front desk to ask for it. They said we already called and that they would do it but they NEVER did. All we needed was trash pick up, towels, and toilet paper and they couldn’t even do that. We had to go down twice to the lobby to ask for it since they won’t clean or at least deliver anything to the room even when asked for. Nice room but not worth it. Horrible service and no housekeeping.

Stay away Hated every minute of my stay and was desperate to leave. If you pay for a hotel there are two things that you are basically paying for, sleep and a shower. During my stay I was not able to enjoy any these. The walls are paper thin so I could hear every step from the guest upstairs and the ones next door. It was so bad you could even hear when they used the bathroom. In addition to that, the water temperature would vary throughout the day. You either had ti take very early or very late showers to get hot water, if you tried ti shower during the morning or evening water would be cold. I told the front desk multiple times and they said that the water temperature was okay. The cherry on top was that even when I provided an updates credit card during check in, they still charged the wrong card.
