I will stay here again! Wonderful staff, attention to detail and cleanliness! I will definitely stay here again! I arrived mid-July - quite warm, totally exhausted and when my room key didn't open the door, despite the line waiting to check-in, Zachary quickly redid my room key! Every time I asked questions of the Staff, everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Had room service 2 different days - VERY generous portions! Ate in the Copper Canyon restaurant another morning plus one evening - very delicious food and all cooked to my dietary needs! The room itself (2 queen beds) was spacious and very clean! Thrilled to see no carpeting on the floor! Refrigerator had a welcoming chilled water bottle (if 2 were staying in room, I heard they'd leave 2), plus having a coffee maker and microwave were pluses in my book! Bed was very comfortable and it was easy to keep the room temperature to my liking! Bathroom - again, very clean and was thrilled to have a tub/shower combo! I prefer to bring my own non-toxic soaps, shampoos/conditioners with me and having a place to put them all was great! PLENTY of towels in the room!! Greeting us each morning outside the restaurant was a coffee station with Starbucks Coffee - all complementary!! That was a surprise bonus! All in all, I had a wonderful time! They gave me easy directions to get into the Salt Palace for my Young Living Convention I was attending as well as getting to the Trax system to head back to the airport when my trip was over!

Good enough Nice-enough property, but most of the plusses had a corresponding minus. They are dog friendly, BUT they charge a ton for the privilege. They are in a great downtown location, BUT they charge for parking & have very little space for walking one's dog. They offer in-room coffee, but with no daily housekeeping service, we had to ask at the front desk (twice) for extra supplies. The room has a mini-fridge, but ours never got below 46 degrees. They have an indoor pool/spa/fitness area, BUT the water in the pool was teeth-chattering cold & the spa had been closed down by the health department. They are considered 4-star, meaning they have all the boxes checked, BUT they look & feel more like a budget hotel. In spite of the minuses, we enjoyed our stay (thus my 4-out-of-5 rating). We received great service from everyone we encountered, lobby renovations are in the works, our 12th floor room was clean & comfortable, the view was lovely, & the bathtub was the perfect size for soaking. However, when we visit the Salt Lake area again, we will pick a hotel that's a better fit for our needs & expectations.

First time visiting from the UK I visited early July for a business trip, from the UK. The room was big with 2 queen size beds, a good AC unit (very much appreciated in the July heat of SLC) - blackout curtains (great for the jet lag), a large mirror in the bedroom and a large mirror in the bathroom (10/10 from a female guest) with lots of lights. Plenty of clean towels and wash cloths, a fridge that is actually very cold, a microwave (I didn’t use this), a coffee machine, a large desk and a large tv which you can cast from your phone/tablet onto with ease (there’s a guide card in your room). Plenty of coat hangers available in the wardrobe, an easy to use safe, a hair dryer and several USB ports near the bed for charging devices. The room was very clean and had several locks for your safety and privacy. The beds were SO COMFY! I never wanted to leave them, and they had several elevators meaning you were never waiting more than 30 seconds for one. Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us a complementary late check out of 1pm upon request which was extremely helpful! They had a 24/7 gym available which I did not use personally but colleagues did, and a small swimming pool which again I didn’t use personally. WiFi was good but wasn’t great when doing video calls on my phone and I had to often switch back to my cellular/data. However for the most part it worked - and worked fine on my company laptop which was the main concern! It is in a great location, they have an airport shuttle bus (I am not sure if there is a cost for this as we didn’t know about this until we arrived at the airport in an Uber on our last day and saw it). Walking distance from city creek centre, trax stops and lots of local eateries although their onsite Copper Canoyon Grill is a great choice too! I visited many times and have left a review on their page. They have a large reception area that offers free Starbucks coffee to guests during breakfast serving hours and tables with plug sockets and usb ports for charging your devices, large clean toilets and plenty of seating. Whilst I did not personally pay for this stay as it was a business trip, I did obtain an invoice for my stay for business purposes and saw the cost and I believe it was reasonable for the fa polities and services provided and I would return and recommend this hotel to people staying in Downtown SLC

Stay away Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown Salt Lake City Radisson money hungry 958257801 I don’t know where to begin. I never stay there but was charged for it. Hotel.com and Radisson must be looking to steal money from people. The room was booked through hotel.com A booking confirmation was never received I was under the impression that the room was never booked. Never receiving booking confirmation made me to believe I didn’t need to cancel the room on June 27th Radisson charges my account for a room. I called Radisson and was told to contact hotel.com which I received several emails told me that they tried contacting the hotel and was unsuccessful and was told that I needed to contact the hotel personally sounds like a money transfer behind your back screw the customer on hotel.com and the Radisson part.
