DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH ADVANCE CHECK-IN. Positives: - good hot coffee 24/7 - Good location - comfortable beds & pillows - free parking Negatives: 1. I took the time to do the advance checkin online. I received a screenshot that I had successfully done it. Upon checking in, the clerk (red tinted hair) couldn’t find it and I had to go through the entire process. This was frustrating and was done in advance. 2. Poor WiFi

No When we got there, there were people doing drive in the parking lot. We went into the lobby, and there wasn’t anyone there to check us in. We waited 15 minutes and someone finally showed up. The room was dirty and dusty. The only thing good was the bed was pretty comfortable.

Great stay Perfect fit for our large group coming to visit for Air Force graduation. Any issues we had were fixed immediately. Kitchenettes we’re a huge plus! And a HUGE thank you to Elianet and Jacob for helping with our last minute reservation changes!

Good location Festival week and pool closed for maintenance when checking in on Tuesday. Pool still closed on Wednesday per front desk due to color of water. Poor management that water wasn’t treated correctly. Room smells of mildew.

DO NOT STAY HERE Dirty, old, not well-maintained, poor customer service from management (Janae). Recliner in our “suite” was tattered and looked like they got it from a garage sale. Bedding for spare couch bed was also tattered. Hair found in freezer and ice bin. Bathrooms and kitchens were dirty in both of the rooms they put us in, and after they were supposed to comp the “upgrade” they billed us extra and lied about offering the comp to convince us to stay the extra night we booked instead of leaving for better accommodations. We didn’t even want their suite because it didn’t have enough beds, and we didn’t want our kids on the couch bed. We just wanted a clean room to sleep in after our 14-hour drive from AZ. Absolutely disgusted with this location!
