An unplanned visit to San Antonio Due to flight delays, I was forced to stay in San Antonio. Luckily, I booked my room at Days Inn near the airport. The comfortable stay changed my depression and helped me become normal. The hotel sent a shuttle to pick me up from the airport without much waiting. A drop-off shuttle was also available to the airport, which saved some money. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable. The Internet worked great. No breakfast. The lobby was not that good. No coffee was available in the lobby. The room had a coffee maker, but I was not in the mood to brew my own coffee. So, I walked about 10 minutes to a gas station and bought some food. Overall, I liked the stay and would recommend it to my friends.

Good for the price We needed a place just to stay the night after getting in from our flight. Though the gentleman we spoke with on the phone to arrange the free shuttle was difficult to understand (strong accent), he was there in less than 10 minutes in a Days Inn marked vehicle. We definitely felt safe. The hotel is a very short drive from the airport. We felt safe in the hotel as well. Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel was simple and clean with comfortable beds. Though we paid more than we usually do for hotel stays (we're pretty cheap when it comes to that), we needed and appreciated the free shuttle. I'd say the only thing that would have been better is if it included a continental breakfast. Many of the hotels/motels have done away with this perk.

Helpful Staff The staff was awesome. Putting with us arriving late due to a rental car mix up and shuttling us back to the airport the next morning to pick up our rental car.

It was fine for the money clean, polite staff and timely ride to airport. No breakfast and the walk to nearest food was a hike

Yuck! Disgusting, dirty room. You get what you pay for! Wouldn’t refund me my room charge when realizing the room was filthy, smelled like old milk and broken items. I showed the guy upon check-in the broken items so they wouldn’t assume it was me and keep my “deposit”. Do not recommend! They don’t give out any paper receipts when checking out and they hold a room deposit without knowing if you’re gonna get it back. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra to stay in a better hotel.
