Family Vacation in San Antonio This is a beautiful hotel with breakfast and dinner served daily. There are also 3 cocktails given daily if you would like. I visited with my family on vacation and we had a wonderful 3 night stay here. You have to request housekeeping if you would like it but that wasn’t an issue for us. We had 2 different rooms and they were both very clean. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in San Antonio.

Not up to normal Drury standards. Got my room using points. Was upgraded to a suite on check in. Fridge had a mummified scone and debris. Floor needed a good vacuum. The chair needed a steam clean. Salad was dead. It was not up to the normal Drury standard. Staff was very understanding and attentive. Promised to make improvements. Can't say enough about how cooperative staff was.

Great place for family vacations!! Love this place!! Great pool, so friendly staff and the food is great!! Free dinner and drinks and breakfast. My only complaint is the really small bath tub its like it was made for kids or little people lol. I really enjoy a hot bath especially when on vacation. It seems weird whoever built this hotel decided to but in real small bathtubs. Also be nice to have a fan in the bathroom. Other than that was awesome!!

Currently disappointed but hopeful for the future. We have been staying at the Drury for many years and have always enjoyed our stay up until now. There is a clear decline in service, maintenance and up-keeping of the hotel. On every floor, one of the two elevator panels is covered with plastic along with a sign that states the panel does not work and to use the other panel; elevators constantly have water on the floor which I am assuming is from people coming and going to and from the pool which can be slippery and hazardous (there is no indication that they are being mopped and there are no caution signs); housekeeping service was not provided after our first night stay; when we called the front desk, at around 4:30 pm, to address the issue we were told housekeeping was going to be sent to clean the room in an hour so we left our room again in order to give housekeeping ample time to clean the room. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned either. A second call was placed to the front desk to explain the situation and the person that answered after many multiple rings stated that he “did not know what was the problem” but that he was going to send housekeeping with fresh towels and linens. Said response along with the tone was construed as rude and lacking in accountability. Housekeeping eventually showed up and provided us with fresh towels, emptied the trash (after we requested it) and offered us fresh linens but since we had to put them ourselves we declined. At checkin no indication was provided that stated that housekeeping would not be provided daily during our stay. In fact the first time I called the front desk to let them know of the housekeeping situation, I was informed that housekeeping is provided on a daily basis. I truly hope the hotel is brought back to its former family friendly self which included excellent service and pristine premises.

Perfect and relaxing stay What made my stay for two nights exceptionally relaxing: comfortable bed/pillows, room temperature was perfect, very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were included and free parking garage, jet tub and free wi-fi. I will definitely stay at this hotel again for a second summer retreat.
