Fantastic Fun Time with Friendly Staff Lari at the front desk, Gio at the bar/kitchen, Eileen in the Dining Room all 3 made our stay fantastic - please share with them Sheila from Boston sent you :) The lobby area is a beautiful site, so comfortable to hang out. We played cards against humanity, laughed and was sitting around there for hours and not one complaint during the Happy Hours. We were extremely happy (5pm - 10pm) even if you are not staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Airport location go & hang out during Happy Hour and you will see for yourself how much Fun it is!

They don’t care about your vehicle. If you care about your vehicle. Do not stay here. As hotel staff tells you, they are not responsible for damage to your vehicle. And trust that you have a very high chance of having the windows broken out. Best to do is just stay away from this place.

Lots of small issues really do add up I’ve stayed at over 20 Hilton locations so far in 2024 and this one definitely rates near the very bottom. When you encounter a minor issue every time you turn around, they have a truly cumulative effect. The first sign was the top of the building over the driveway at the front door was damaged, on both sides, from what looked like an oversized truck trying to fit through. As you walk past the dining area, there were a pile of dirty towels in front of the serving area with a wet floor sign next to them. Those were there the entire stay, even during the breakfast service when people were being served. (They didn’t even swap them out for cleaner towels). If you get a room near the indoor pool, you will hear noise from the pool. And the pool itself was very cloudy. You wouldn’t be able to see anything more than a foot into it. The pantry area with food and beverages to purchase was 90% bare. It was like looking at a store going out of business. The phone in my room had a broken piece on it. The bed sheets had a stain, and there were multiple hairs on the towels in the bathroom. The toilet made a really odd noise and took 2-3 minute to refill after flushing. The staff I encountered were not at all rude, but no one was warm and welcoming, and they didn’t seem like they really wanted to be there. The breakfast was overpriced and very underwhelming. Any one or 2 or 3 of these things might be more easily overlooked, but all together, they amounted to a really crappy stay. I will definitely not stay here again the next time I’m in San Antonio.

Traumatized I’m a loyal Hilton member and this should not be a Hilton, it was s disgusting, absolutey horrible. Old, moldy, dirty, roaches, I could go on and on! One shining star is Petra, she is so sweet!! I went to my hospital today and told everyone how disgusting is was and NEVER send my physicians there! I’ll add photos later

Try a different location Petra at the bar was great. She went above and beyond. The front desk wasn’t that friendly . I checked in around 3. I did not encounter the morning front desk team, just the ones around 3-4pm. Whew ! The room smelled good coming in. The bathroom smells and I added a picture of the nasty sink. I was also sitting at the desk and caught a whiff of something that didn’t smell too great. Not sure if it was the carpet in that area or what. I will say this was not the most comfortable stay.
