Great place to visit! My first time visiting San Antonio. Enjoying staying in the old Bexer Jail, voluntarily! Breakfast is included and Lucy took excellent care of us! She was happy, smiling and offered additional help if needed.making a great start for my day!Thank you Lucy!

San Antonio weekend getaway Vanessa and Snow helped me at check in. They were very helpful and friendly!! They were very informative regarding my upgrade options from Gold Elite status to Platinum Elite status. This is a great Hotel and plan on staying here all the time during my visits to San Antonio

Lucy is the best! It was a wonderful experience. Nice, clean hotel. The pool was cute and quaint. The gym air conditioning was broken while we were there but the facilities were still available. Lucy, the breakfast host, made the experience by being super kind, attentive, and welcoming while simultaneously making a wonderful breakfast. _

Stayed the night in jail! Booked it on the IHG app, for location. Was surprised it was a historic landmark, and more surprised when our tour guide mentioned it being haunted! We arrived during the big IT fail, so it was a little hectic. Staff was doing a great job dealing with the chaos. I asked about the possibility of coffee, they immediately made a fresh pot, and had fresh again in the evening when we got back in. Parking was around the corner, but we were able to unload suitcases before taking the car over. Great staff!
