Great experience and great atmosphere. Our initial visit to the Holiday Inn express we were delighted by our experience. Both of the rooms and bathrooms were in pristine condition. The dining section offered excellent cuisine, and all of the staff members we interacted with, were incredibly cordial and eager to assist.

An okay hotel Came out with a coworker for a conference at the Henry B Gonzalez convention center. Check in went well. Only 1 elevator though. Did have a semi-secure parking area with parking tags needed. The room was sufficient. The breakfast each day was pretty good, and they had a nice selection. We did have an issue on our last night. Apparently a tub in the room above was leaking and made its way into our room. Sadly, they could not move us to a new room due to being sold out. They did compensate us though. The area itself was a bit sketchy at night, but did seem well lit in the lot, etc.

Wonderful Wonderful! Very clean , comfortable and updated. Room well stocked with coffee and everything we needed. Comfortable beds and good breakfast with ample space and tables. So close to Alamodome for our event and friendly staff.will be our go to in SA as short walk to riverwalk as well.

Nice stay A bit off the beaten path but downtown attractions only a short drive. Not much walking distance. Facility is clean and well maintained. Rooms are adequately sized and beds are quite comfortable. Still no daily housekeeping. They blame Covid but I am not buying it. Staff will supply fresh towels on request. No bad for a short stay.

Convenient to the Alamodome We were recently at the Alamodome for an event our child was involved in. The Holiday Inn is easily within walking distance of the dome. This is especially important in light of the current parking situation at the dome as parking is free at the hotel for guests. We had a comfortable room with ample space for our family. The staff was especially friendly at check-in and when I had questions the next morning. We will be returning to San Antonio for this event for the next several years, so I will be sure to check availability at Holiday Inn.
