Holiday Inn San Antonio N - Stone Oak Area, an IHG Hotel

THE POWER SUITE SQUAD!!! I enjoyed my visit at the Holiday and suites. There’s a difference between Holiday Inn express and Holiday Inn and suites. The staff was kind enough to explain to me the difference. I’ve been missing out on this adventure all along. I had a wonderful time meeting with the seller Julie Daniela Shana Kennedy Valentina Becca Pedro Tim the bartender and Traci. The staff was very welcoming very professional and I overstayed my welcome it was just that wonderful. Thank you for having such a wonderful staff andAnd SERVICE that was above and beyond my expectations!

Great location Nice convenient location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great free breakfast. Rooms were clean; could have used a little updating but wasn't bad at all. A little on the small side but adequate. Would have preferred a more comfortable chair for watching tv since we were there for four days and a printed tv channel guide would have been nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Best hotel experience, five stars! The best hotel experience I’ve had outside of very expensive, resort-style hotels. The rooms and public spaces are clean, modern and fresh. I encountered a remarkable staff of friendly, professional and helpful people and excellent management. Five stars!

Amazing Group Experience I organize a golf outing for a group of 36 guys that have been getting together annually since 1980. This past April we chose the Holiday Inn Stone Oak for our accommodations. In the 44 years we have been getting together, the Holiday Inn Stone Oak provided us with one of the best hotel experiences ever! Not one of our 36 players had anything negative to say about the hotel. Every member of the hotel staff was polite and helpful. The management team was beyond accommodating and welcoming to our group. The rooms, the grounds, the bar, all of it exceeded our expectations. As a group, we would like to Kevin, Roland, Julie and the rest of the team at the Holiday Inn Stone Oak for doing an amazing job and providing us an exceptional experience. THANK YOU!

Worst experience ever Good evening, I hope all is well. I am sending this email to let you know that I was very disappointed with the service that I received this weekend. The ball was dropped on my daughter's graduations party. A moment that was supposed to be a very happy and joyous moment was turned upside down due to the lack of communication. My graduation party has been booked with your hotel since February. First of all you waited 10 days before my event to tell me that you could not cater. I had to search for someone to do the food at the last minute and pay extra because it was a last minute request. You never called me to commutate with me about the food and I feel like if I would not have stopped by the hotel to make sure everything was ok I would not have known. There was a major lack of commutation concerning the ballroom renovation. I stopped by on Friday May 24 and Roland assured me that the ballroom would be ready to go in Friday evening at 8pm to decorate and that was not the case. Once I got to the hotel at 8pm on Friday night and the room was not ready I asked the young lady at the front desk if I could just come back Saturday morning at 10 am to decorate the room she said yes. After my decorator and I arrived to the hotel Saturday morning at 10am the room still was not ready for us to go in. It was a mess. Not only did this cause an inconvenience to me, but your actions caused a big inconvenience to my decorator. When I booked my the ballroom I was told that I could have the room until 11pm. Roland told me that we could play music until 10:30 pm. The ladies that was working that night came to pull me out of my party to tell me that the hotel guest were complaining about the noise. The last time they came to the room I was told that the police would be notified if we did not turn the music off. Lastly everything that happen this weekend was very unprofessional and things could have been handled differently. I have had serval events with Holiday Inn before in the past and this was by far the worst experience that I have every had.
