Unforgettable stay Jacob was very helpful during our check in! Great attitude & desire to help, thank you Jacob & the Hilton team for welcoming us & giving us suggestions on what was going on around the area. On top of that, the hotel’s location is ideal! Don't stay here if you're parking a car The hotel room was nice, but my issue is with their self parking and their service afterwards. I parked my vehicle per their instructions. Four hours later it was towed. I did not find out until I had checked out days later and tried to find my car. The hotel provided no support or compensation for this. I will not stay there again.

Avoid this place/ check Google reviews and rating first We recently stayed there with my 80years old parents . I made the mistake of using their $40/day “secured” parking! The “secured “ parking is nothing but a vacant lot, located behind the Greyhound bus station, no fence, no cameras, no parking attendant, no lights! My truck among other vehicles was broken in and ransacked, property stolen and both Home2 suites and PMC ( the parking company) denied responsibility for the incident! It took me 6 hours to file a claim at PMC office with PMC “manager “ Juan H., clean up the inside of vehicle, go to Safelite location and during this time, no one at the hotel checked on my 80 years old parents whatsoever who were left sitting in the home2 suites lobby for 6+ hours without any food of water!!! Shame on you hotel reception and hotel management!!! I sent 10+ emails to PMC , even talked on the phone with Albert Estrada, PMC Director of Valet Operations, who was supposed to check on my claim and call me back but a month later and still no call…… We won’t never use this hotel again !!!!

Stay away Aside from location (close to the River walk area), hotel was quite disappointing....The .rooms were horrendous --band-aids on the ceiling, stained carpets, etc The elevators were a bumpy ride, so bottom line is ....stay away if possible!!!

This Place is a Ten! I cannot say enough about this hotel. It was an excellent, top notch experience from check-in to check-out. Very attentive staff, amazing room, closeness to the Riverwalk, Alamo, etc. Note: I would suggest parking directly across the street for $10/day instead of using the $40/day hotel valet service.
