More than I expected Rooms and bathroom were clean and spacious. Loved having a fridge and microwave as well as iron & board. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us after traveling 18 hours and arriving at 11am with an early check in. The free breakfast was more than I expected. I was pleased to see waffles, eggs and sausage and as well as cereals, bagels with cream cheese and fresh fruits. We traveled with our band and everyone was pleased. We'd all definitely go back.

Good location This location is close to the interstate and major roads. There is a Walmart, HEB and restaurants close by. The Staff are friendly and courteous. The building could use some updates on the internet and security door.

Trip to concert Booked a 3 night stay since I was attending a concert in town. Hotel location was perfect, plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff was friendly upon arrival and the place was very quiet. The only (minor) issue I had with our room was the extractor/vent in the bathroom gave off a burnt smell when turned on. But other than that the place was great.

Do not recommend. This is not a safe location to stay in San Antonio. The beds were very uncomfortable. The TV did not work. The room was old with old furniture and funky smell. The neighbors were barking all morning long.

Unhappy Asked to pay a pet fee, I’ve never been asked that by La Quinta before. Asked for a King, given a small room with two double beds. Placed next to a room with dogs who barked, which made my dog bark. Vibe was ghetto, and the door to the building I stayed in, other side of the parking lot, was always unlocked. Anyone could’ve walked in. Bathroom a little dirty, and fridge did not work.
