La Nasty I was in town on a business trip. When I made my reservation I was never told the hotel was under renovations. it seems the staff would go out of their way to make their guest feel welcome. The front desk person was rude from the time we walked in the front door. Here's a list of my complaints: The hotel was dirty, building supplies in view thought out the hotel, scaffolding blocking exit doors and the doors that were available our card key won't work, no parking close to the front door because of mattresses, building supplies, motor home parked in the customer lot taking up 6-7 spaces, pool area looked dirty, a/c wasn't working in the hall ways with a overwhelming smell of paint, bathroom cleanliness was lacking, visible mold, toilet was broke, didn't receive new soap, etc, refrigerator was leaking and froze all our food, breakfast was the worse i ever witnessed, visible bugs in the cereal and slim on selection, again the kitchen area was unkempt and unattended by the staff, just an overall experience is a zero in my option and I dont recommend this hotel., ,

Discusted First of all, we weren't told while making our reservation that scaffolds would be surrounding the hotel due to renovations. We were checked in by a young woman with blue hair, very unprofessional. As we are going down the hall toward the elevator (our room being on the third floor) we were unable to get the hotel luggage rack through the hall due to not one, but two of the cleaning carts in the way and no housekeeper in sight. The elevator hall has a table quite in the way of the luggage rack, which we noticed had several chip on it, probably where it has been previously been hit by anything big going up the elevator. The room was somewhat clean, no hotel brochures, the TV was so small, hard for elderly to see and volume button didn't work. When we got back from our trip downtown San Antonio, there was an empty beer can on the table in the elevator hall, a donut upside down on the floor, really disgusting. We decided to go down to the indoor pool, we couldn't even breathe in the pool room, it was horrible, hot, dirty, the sauna was worst, had a blue/black tint in the water. Breakfast was a total joke! Was our first and most definitely our last time at this location. LaQuinta, if you're going to allow your name to be used, then keep an eye on how they are being maintained. So very disappointed!!!! Gave you a one, because I was able to give you a lesser number.

Nice Hotel this hotel is very nice n quiet, the rooms were very nice n clean bathroom very nice n clean, the only thing I found wrong was the smell which I think came from the carpet, the carpet is beautiful, it just need to be cleaned or they need to go to hard wood floors. I always bring my own cleaning supply to hotels you never know what u will find. also when we were checking out as we passed a room that had been checked out the beds were striped but the blankets were on the FLOOR, WAITEING TO B PUT BACK ON THE BEDS NOT GOOD.

Not the best, by far Travellers from Britain, stopping off here for the night before our sightseeing in San Antonio. Got a family room with 2 queen sized beds, what we've been booking in other hotels on our journey across the U.S. . Price came to about $103 overall with VAT (Being British I don't really get the VAT system here) which wasnt the cheapest hotel we've stayed in. If everything that was standard for a hotel room was provided, then the price would be acceptable. We stayed in a room at the top level, and it was rather appauling. First off, there was stagnant water left in the bath which we ourselves had to drain. Second, we had no towels. Only hand towels, and its damn difficult to dry yourself off with hand towels alone. There were stains on the sheets one of which was actual blood, which looked pretty recent, and our hotel room still had some trash left scattered around the desks. Complimentary breakfast was somewhat decent, with their waffle iron, however, they provided regular batter, and blueberry batter. They didnt label either, so I ended up getting blueberry at first, which I didn't like. There was a strong lack of labelling on the juice machine as well, only showing apple juice when they also had oj. The free wi-fi wasn't the best. I use a slightly outdated Samsung S4, and I sometimes have trouble connecting to free wi-fi (But since I've been in the US I haven't had any problems) but this was the worst. It never asked me to sign in, and gave me no prompt to. When i tried going into the broswer to manually do it, my phone blocked the website over fears that it would attack my phone, claiming there were hijackers attempting to steal my information, which has never happened before. My phone's security system is extremely reliable. I managed to get it working eventually, but i always had my fears and suspicions. Lastly, the staff as a whole were good, assisting us with directions to downtown San Antonio, and the Alamo, but one or two of the cleaning staff were rather rude, one almost brushing past us out of the elevator while we were waiting for it. She didnt even apologise or thank us for trying to stand back before she borderline barged into us. Overall, wasn't the best hotel we've stayed in since we've been to the US, and not the best price either. 3 stars is generous. Best off going for a Super8 or Holiday Inn Express.
