Best place in San Antonio _ If I could give 100 stars I certainly would. I actually picked this hotel based on my amazing and honest conversation with Jennifer. Upon checking in I went to my room and was EXTREMELY satisfied and impressed especially for the price. Everyone made me feel at home. After 4 long days at a conference down the block I was happy to be back at the hotel with Rachel who greeted me with a beautiful glass of wine and the fantastic conversations with the staff including William, Jen, Rachel and of course last but not least Sam who does all the bakery needs. I felt as though I’ve made friends who made me feel extremely welcome.

So much fun! We had a wonderful stay…the room was superb. Restaurants are great! The highlight of the trip was the front bar. Rachel the bartender was so knowledgeable and informative and helpful with suggestions. She had us laughing and was so much fun!

Beautifully renovated, wonderful staff Large renovated room, conveniently located near fiesta activities, across the street from NIOSA. All staff were very helpful and friendly, Jennifer at the front desk and Rachel at the lobby bar were absolutely fantastic. Will be returning to stay here next year!

The BEST customer service! My boyfriend and I live in San Antonio but we stayed at the Fairmount Hotel during Fiesta for a little staycation. We were greeted by Jennifer and she alone made the entire experience enjoyable. I don't even know what her title is because she was doing EVERYTHING. She checked us in, she valeted our car, and she was even the acting hostess at the restaurant. Our room was gorgeous. The rooftop bar was incredible. What a view. The bartender loves what he does. He put love into those drinks. Despite being busy, he took the time to recommend drinks he thought we would like. I don't remember his name, but he invented the "Havana Nights" drink on their menu, which was delicious. The construction around the area is not ideal, and very loud, especially so early in the morning, but that's not the hotel's fault. When we checked out the next morning, Jennifer was there again. She offered us coffee to-go, bottled water, and then she brought our car around. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, Jennifer! Everything was great!

Fantastic stay and hotel. Fantastic experience at such a unique and historic property. Absolutely loved it. Great service, outstanding rooms, and upscale amenities. Great location to all activities near the River Walk. Stroll around the river and enjoy good food.
