Don't Stay Here! The hotel smelled bad everywhere. The room stank. In the rooms you can hear all kinds of noise from outside. The lobby employees don't even smile. Even though my reservation was for one week, I had to pay for laundry. The ice machine never worked for all the days I was there. The "Hot Tube" wasn't working either. In short, it was a waste of money.

Such a nasty hotel THE WORST HOTEL EVER! Room smelled, needs a major overhaul, dresser drawer wouldn't open, kitchen molding coming off, TV remote missing the battery cover. Most of the recepts are loose which is a fire hazard, toilet seat broken, ants is shower, something yucky in the garbage disposal, people smoking in the hallways & elevator. The most important recepts at the night stand were soooo loose it wouldn't accept our phone chargers. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work, ice machine was broken for 2 of our 4 days stay. They even charge you to park which I don't understand. It's not like there is any security there. Creepy people in the parking garage, elevator was disgusting, you could hear your neighbors above you. Check in is 3p, got there at 1:30p. Most hotels let you ck in early, we were told nope, we had to come back at 3p. Obviously the owners of this hotel don't give a rats @$$ about the comments bc what I'm complaining about is what so many other people are complaining about. DON'T STAY THERE. It was expensive & nasty.

Very Dirty The room was extremely dirty. There were food splatters on the wall by the kitchen sink, gunk on one of the handles in the kitchen, remnants of food on the kitchen floor, and handprints all over the outside of the refrigerator. There were mosquitos flying around inside the room. When asked if we could have a new room, we were told they were at capacity and someone could come “wipe down” the room. We ended up going to the store to buy our own sheets to sleep on. Very disappointing!!!

Not satified I will not go back to this property, No towels were available, room smelled of poop, no nobs on stove, bathroom mirror broken down the middle. The CEO of this company need to stay for a few nights
