Clean nice rooms parking could be an issue if you arrived late Well what we liked was that it had free parking, BUT it is first come first served so you could miss out on a parking spot as there are not enough spaces for the amount of rooms. The carpets in the communal passages are gross, the lift is clean and the rooms clean and newly refurbished all be it cheaply for us they worked and much better than a motel 6!!! But its SF and for the money a good deal.

Terrible Terrible room conditions, terrible reception, do not go there . What you see in the pictures is not what you get. The guy behind the desk is absolutely horrible . I never ever seen like that . I didn’t take pictures but the window’s shade was half broken. Omg don’t go there

Don't do it unless you really, really must Typical In di an owned run down hotel. But the price was right. My house burned down, we were homeless for a couple weeks. I tried various cheap hotels around the city that weren't full of bed bugs or hookers. This one I used twice because it had air conditioning. It is really kind of awful. The rug was old and barely tacked down, the bathroom shower was clogged. It isn't clean, it isn't nice and I put a chair and table in front of the door, it had one lock and I didn't trust it. But in SF, where are you going to stay for about $125 a night. No place. So you take what you can get.

Room 202 is a disappointment This motor inn is a bit unusual. They don't have space for one car per room. Parking is strictly 'first come first served'. I don't know what they do if you have a disability. There was a false fire alarm when we were there, and the fire alarm system does not automatically call the fire department, which is a bit scary. Avoid room 202. It shares a wall with the elevator, and the elevator door slams so loudly that you can feel the bed headboard shake. Other than that, the room was as advertised, everything worked, and the neighbourhood was nice.

Bad Internet I stayed here on 10/23/23 and I called to the main desk to reset the internet. The attendant was clearly sleeping. I asked him to reset/fix the internet. He said he couldn't. I would have to wait until then next morning for the manager. I asked him to call the manager. He said he didn't have the managers number. It's 2023 all hotel in the US should have functioning internet. If you require internet. Do not book here!!
