Best part of the trip is coming here to stay This location is very quiet for an"airport location". Rooms and grounds are well maintained. Rooms are spacious and have the necessary amenities for the business traveler. How many times have I stayed in a room with no desk,or no chair,or no outlets anywhere the desk? Not here!

Terrible old road unworthy shuttle, Bad customer service The room was spacious but had some terrible experience with shuttle and incorrect information about early morning breakfast. Yesterday morning, we took 5:15 AM shuttle for airport and tire blew out on mid-way highway. The hotel was not helpful. The driver said the hotel does not have extra shuttle to send. We were family of 5 with three young children standing side of busy highway with 7 suitcases. We were very stressed with very high possibility of missing flights. Few single passengers started leaving due to no hope of getting help from hotel/driver. We flagged few cars/vans and after few mins someone with van offered help with exchange of $30 to drop us airport. The Hotel shuttle van was very old with all four tires are totally worn out unworthy of road. This is a big safety concern for guests. Regarding breakfast, We were told that hotel provides to go breakfast for early check-in guests but they did not provide and lied that hotel does not provide. Hotel needs to reimburse back for my shuttle and breakfast cost.

This hotel would be my first choice. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I like that they have a gated parking lot for added security. Everything in my room worked as expected. There is a second elevator and a second exit, which makes it very convenient to get to the parking lot.

Lovely place with a great location for the airport. Had a night here before we set off on our travels. We’d been upgraded to a suite, but we found it a bit awkward being on two different levels, but appreciated the generosity of the gesture. We then had two nights at the end of our travels, and had a pool side room, which was lovely. Nice big rooms with quiet air con. Nice pool and outlook, though the traffic can be noisy, so take some ear plugs. Breakfast is a help yourself affair, and there’s loads to choose from. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, really friendly and helpful.

Horrible I come here for my job, the company I work for has a corporate account. Today I was told we don't have any rooms for you. We're booked solid all week. No one at corporate lodging was informed. The desk staff very unhelpful/uncaring. Traveled all night to sit and wait for hours in the lobby. Eventually we got rooms at another hotel. If it was up too me I'd never stay here again.
