A little pricey... For the nostalgia of what this once was. I was a little disappointed... however the front desk attendee was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Good central downtown location. Lots of road noise and some type of fan system was going on outside my room alright. 2017

Run Down Cancels Reservations Hyatt took money for my room two weeks ago then less than a week before my trip 11 days before my stay they notified me they were canceling my reservation and not refunding me for 10 days. They refused to compensate because it is “out of their control.”, sorry lack of maintenance is something definitely in your control. Will never use Hyatt again.

Hotel stay It did not have a restaunt or room service would be my only complaint. There was also no microwave in room

Staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. The staff at this place is extremely rude. Valet is a joke, there was nobody out there accepting cars, they had like 8 parking spots but they were all taken, and trying to get checked in was a joke, almost got into 3 accidents having to circle the stupid hotel.

Negative Stay Valet parking service was not indicated on the hotel website..Valet parking fee of $60 was a bit excessive..Valet parking attendant did not help with my bags even though I had given him additional tip on top of the $60 fee.
