Comfortable and Clean Rooms with friendly staff. This is an alternative to spending all your money in a place you will be mainly sleeping at. It has a nice pool but the water is cold. WIFI worked excellent! They are remodeling which does include an Elevator they are putting in but check to see when its done. This Hotel is INCREDIBLY clean. The maids do an amazing job. My room was remodeled with double pane windows and the road noise was not an issue for us. The bathroom was also new tile and spotless, with plenty of hot water for the shower. The beds come with one blanket each, and my wife and I used both for one of the beds, however I am sure we could have asked for more, and it was a VERY cold week in Los Cabos. The staff was very friendly. They also use a cruise style key in a slot to keep electricity on. It was not inconvenient at all. Every room has an individual heater/AC. Beds were firm but comfortable and we slept well. My only real issue was the breakfast. First, the coffee was delicious. Given, we showed up at a few minutes before 10, and they had beans and eggs and toast, and a few chips left along with cold cereal and coffee. I am gluten free so I enjoyed the delicious chips. The next day, we showed up 9:45 and they only had eggs and toast. (coffee and cereal as well) I asked for beans or chips and they told me they were out and eggs was it. That said, I brought it up at the front desk and they told me they would have tortillas for me the next morning. (by the way, water, tea, and iced tea available at the front desk) The next morning on Sunday, they had plenty of eggs and beans and tortillas and served until around 11AM by the pool. I suggest they make sure there is enough food for the breakfast as a few extra dollars is better then disappointing people. Other issue, my phone in the room did not work #230 and the light inside the door flickered and had not been fixed by the time we left. (they did have workers busy on the elevator and remodeling)

Unfortunately Very Bad I feel sorry for the very kind and friendly staff that this accommodation is just horrible. Uncomfortable, smelly, small and expensive for what you actually get. Could be so much more with some tLC on bedding and bathroom facilities. The pool is literally the best part. Here’s an extra tip, stop doing the free breakfast, it is not good. A better idea is charge less for the rooms and get rid of breakfast.

HORRIBLE Horrible, Horrible, and HORRIBLE. We bookec rooms with them, when we checked in they gave different rooms than we chose. We had to go pay extra more for our rooms! The service was so bad, specifically the breakfast, don't waste your money on them, we could've stayed at the Westin for similar prices (we went on weekdays).

You get what you pay for Room was clean. Staff was friendly but we felt that we were treated differently than the locals as most of the hotel patrons were Mexicans. We were never given any potable water the whole 5 nights we stayed there, locals were given water we think every day. They never replenished the towels even when we purposely left them in the shower. The safe in the room never worked and after more than three asks we gave up asking. Free breakfast wasn’t very good. The servers would give us a smaller portion than locals. The cards to get in our room seemed to time out every two days and the front desk told us that it wouldn’t, yet it did. Our room was as at the very end of the hotel and it was a long walk to find out you have to walk all the way back to the front desk to get the room card re-validated. The front desk staff just shrugged their shoulders when we told them it kept happening. Ok if you keep your expectations low. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Quaint, Comfortable, Convenient, but Lacking Amenities Quaint, Comfortable, Convenient, Friendly, but Lacking Usual Amenities. We're in our 2 Queen room as I write, w/xlnt ocean view. Positive & negative points. POSITIVES: Hotel: Centrally located, next door, across street or within 3 small blocks walking: Bank, ATMs, Walmart, Carl's Jr, Domino's, Gas station, Kwik Mart, Restaurants, Golf Course & more. Airport is close by. Wi-Fi works xlnt & is unlimited. Staff's friendly & helpful. 3 hr breakfast's ok (scrambled, potatoes, beans, toast, sliced hot dogs, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, milk). No pepper (u have to ask & it's hard to find). Room: beds are comfortable & rooms are clean with private AC/Heat with remote. Ceiling fan with light. Very small closet. Hairdryer. Room looks like the pix in the ads. NEGATIVES: NO elevator & rooms have many winding stairs to access. Pool isn't like the pix, it's like an avg US private backyard pool. NO: phone, clock, safe, drawers, hangers, or iron & board. ONLY: 2 towels, 1 blanket, 2 pillows per bed, 1 tiny shampoo & 1 soap. U have to ask for supplies, which they quickly delivered. Equipment: Only 2 outlets worked. TV works, but just 6 channels & only in Spanish, w/broken remote. Beds are attached to the ground, so u can't move them. Only 1 chair. AC & fan don't work. Coffee maker w/o coffee. Our overall assessment is that it's a decent comfortable hotel, which is extremely conviently located, and we'd stay again for quick short-term visits, if our regular resorts aren't available. It's comfortable, if u get used to streaming ur shows & have everything laying around & out, in sight.
