Great food and great service Staff at Royal Solaris are always welcoming, food is always good, setting is lovely! We had a particularly great meal at Pancho's, thanks to our waiter David who was very helpful in general, and also did a spectacular flaming Mexican coffee for us, even doing a little of the pouring behind his back! Servers like David really help to make a meal special, and we greatly appreciate it.

Not up to industry standard. Mediocre food at best at a la carte restaurants. Only one buffet for most meals. Food at the beach restaurant mostly deep fried. Bad service. Inconsistent mixed drinks. Housekeeping insisted I leave my room to be cleaned. I will not be back. I do not recommend this hotel.

Service excellence at Panchos restaurant. The number one highlight of our experience at Royal Solaris Los Cabo’s was the outstanding service provided to us on three separate occasions by our server David in Panchos restaurant. He was extremely attentive to our needs, and treated us like royalty. In addition to his wonderful sense of humour, David provided us with many interesting details of his life in Mexico, as well as some very useful information about the local San Jose del Cabo area. David was the main reason we chose to dine at Panchos three times during our six-night stay at the resort. He is an excellent ambassador for Royal Solaris, and for Mexico. We were very impressed by the amazing experience he provided us during our stay. Thank you so much David.

Thanks for a fun week! Great family resort! Entertainment team kept the fun going by the pool and nightly shows. Good food . Luigi provided our family wonderful service at the buffet. Spacious, clean rooms. Great access to the beach.

Ask for Luigi’s Table!! The Food: Luigi was one of the best parts about this resort. He made our day every morning by helping us with drink requests and even remembered our drink order without us asking, and it was always on the table waiting when we got back with our filled plates! Luigi is always smiling and truly seems to enjoy his job! He is also really good with kids! He talks to my kid on her level and always came over to give her a fist _ bump when we were leaving! While you won’t starve, most of the food was Mediocre at best. We filled up at breakfast on eggs, omelettes, fruit, and bacon. The “Snack” burgers and hotdogs, were often dried out, and the fries lukewarm. The pizza was pretty good (for Mexican Pizza), and Carlos took pride in making them! The food options for kids is really lacking.. some weird (chicken??) nuggets and fries, one day there were a few grilled cheese. The food almost seemed to be “recycled” (the dried out hot dogs were cut up for the kids section, or in some sort of stew) We hit up the grocery store down the road for some snacks to tide us over. The pool is cold. Even at +30*c the pool is cold. Rooms are good - Clean and the beds are comfy. The shower was hot most days! The room has a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge stocked with 2 bottles of water, a Pepsi, a diet orange , a 7 up and 2 beer. We left a note asking for extra water and a tip - and it was on the counter when we returned. Overall, I would give it a 3/5. The concierge service was pretty much non existent. The lady at the front desk booked me a reservation on my birthday at ZAI and when we went, it was closed. For My daughter’s birthday, they wanted $85 USD for balloons and cake. The little shop seems like overpriced Walmart stuff.. I would recommend to bring a few snacks from home (Pringle’s, crackers, ect)
