Seconds?....Yes, please!!! Royal Solaris exceeded our expectations, service was phenomenal (shout out to Jacob and Jonathan at the breakfast buffet!!) These guys went above and beyond for us and our kiddos.

Don't do presentation Just a warning. I know a lot of the sales programs you need to avoid. The one at GR Solaris ( not lighthouse). Will not be honest when offering incentives. Not sure if it is all or just person that helped us. Our person offered us 3 free nights when you book 4 for up to a year, 30%off spa, free activity. When we said the only activity we wanted to do was side by side. When they couldn't do that, he talked with someone and they said we will give you the special dinner and we could use the coupons for activity for another one or in gift shop, etc....we travel to Cancun and wanted to try a new resort, so we took them up and even thought maybe this program could work. Well after a discussion, we decided to decline the buy in after the 90+min presentation. On the walk back, our person conveniently told us, he made a mistake and could no longer offer the restaurant as an incentive ( isn't that interesting), since it was in writing the manager did make it right. Then we get the coupon for the 3 nights. It's not good for a year but only til Dec 20th. Our person told us how he has won top sales and has been doing this for awhile, so it was definitely not a lost in translation problem this was a gimmick. Please don't take this as all the sales team is like this and I understand they have a job. I just don't like being lied too after even asking " this is good for A year not This Year". We considered joining and even talked about it when we returned to our room from the presentation. Thought we would use our next trip at a Solaris in Cancun with our 3 days to see how that resort was...not now, being lied to for a sell doesn't work. I can say that young lady Fer was very patient, understanding and did a great job to fix the dinner problem.

Best Waiter! Royal Solaris resort in Cabo was great. We especially loved Jacob Jonathan’s service at the buffet during breakfast! He was very attentive and went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend if going to the buffet you ask for Jacob Jonathan to be your waiter. He is the best! We wish we would’ve known in which case we would’ve asked to be seated with him every time!
