Amazing customer service ! Upon checking in at the front desk, I was greeted by Bryson. Who was beyond helpful. My house was getting fumigated and Bryson delivered the highest level of customer service I’ve received in a hotel in a long time. I usually stay at this hotel a couple times a year. All the staff here are amazing. The rooms are very clean and beds are cozy. Great value Hotel. I will keep coming back from years to come. Again big shout out to Bryson for all the help making our stay amazing and memorable.

A just decent place Close to CalPoly This place is super close to CalPoly. Not a high scale, but decent hotel. All rooms are good and clean. Good customer service. They have decent free breakfast in morning. Some rooms have good views, some have obstructed views like the one I got which is right above the entrance arch. Some rooms are noisy due to highway, luckily I got a quiet one. They have miniature balconys. Couples can enjoy sun and coffee in morning and a glass of wine in evening in balcony. Wear a light sweater in evenings. :-)

La Cuesta Inn is our favorite stay in SLO Wow- we simply love this place. We stayed 10 days and felt so at home. Staff is excellent- very warm, helpful and attentive. It is nice to be somewhere that truly understands hospitality. Everything is clean (and no perfumes/scents) just clean! Bedding is really nice and the rooms are spaceous and nicely decorated. Breakfast is good and the coffee is really good. My daughter and I felt extremely safe and comfortable. Like a home away from home :) It is also easy access from freeway with ample parking and walking distance fo some good restaurants. We enjoyed it so much, we returned for another stay and will always stay at La Cuesta Inn in the future.

Pleasantly surprised I was surprised! This was definitely better than expected. I was there for my daughter’s soccer tournament. It did help that our friends were staying there too. Definitely get a room with a balcony. I was in the 1st floor closest to the pool facing the back side of the hotel. It was a nice view. Bed was comfy, room was clean.

Stylishly renovated clean Inn. Stylishly renovated, very clean Inn. Spacious rooms with balconies. Comfortable beds with new linens. Bathroom has dual sinks, spacious walk-in shower. Microwave, fridge, desk/chair, tv, coffee maker. Pool/spa, continental breakfast, parking included. Welcoming/helpful staff. North downtown location, easy access to I 101 and Cal Poly. Welcoming, helpful staff.
