Perfect in every way Just wonderful. After spending time roughing it in Yosemite- this hotel was an amazing way to end our CA trip before our flight home. Perfectly cleaned and maintained, this hotel felt luxurious. It was right next to the airport and car rentals. Very impressed.

Bad experience to a Lifetime Diamond Member Staff is not flexible even though my flight to SFO was delayed so that I missed my connection. Called to cancel and told they would not. I've stayed at this hotel many times as well as arrange several employees and contractors to stay there. Not again. I'm a Lifetime Diamond member so you treat me this bad, I can only imagine what you do to people without status. You've now lost my business along with all my corporate business. Stupid decision on your asst. managers part. Good luck with that.

Poor quality This property is situated near SFO and has spacious parking. The food staff is good, the rooms are also spacious. I encountered an extremely rude front desk staff member who projected vile insults at me out loud. The management seems to be ok with this. They are in the starting stages of a much needed renovation … stains on walls, poorly working toilets, and certainly need to renovate to a highly professional staff that understands the meaning of customer care, empathy and quality service. A D for now, hopefully an A in the future.

Good quiet area Good location close to shopping a few restaurants and not far from the San Mateo bridge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The 1-room suite is very room and comfortable, however, if you are on the 2nd floor over the lobby your view is obstructed. Even numbered rooms overlook the road and the odd-numbered rooms face the bay, which is not in view, but you can watch the planes on their final approach to SFO. The television is a little disappointing as the channel guide lists the channels only, and not the shows. And even though it's Directv, there is no NFL Network and the ESPN Channel shows the sports mix instead. There is an outdoor pool, fitness center and one of the best parts is the mobile check-in and entry. The king bed is comfy, and the 4 pillows are soft. Free parking. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room.

Fantastic place to stay at a fair price. Fantastic hotel within driving distance to San Francisco and easy location off multiple highways. It was clean, parking was free, there were restaurants nearby and one in the hotel. The area around the hotel seemed safe, and we walked outside at night without issue. We got drinks at the bar one evening, but mostly used the hotel for sleeping the last two nights of our family vacation. The room was very spacious, unlike many hotels where only one person can walk decently around the beds at a time. I like that the bathtub/shower had a curtain, instead of a clear, glass door, so more than 1 family member can get ready at the same time. I believe we paid $205/night for a family of four, including one weekend night.
