Thank you Sercotel Europa SanSebastian! This follows my previous positive review: THANK YOU SO MUCH Sercotel receptionists for making such an effort to retrieve the hearing aid box which we left behind. The staff at Sercotel are just awesome. They are polite, friendly and respectful to their clients. This hotel has a warm welcoming feeling and is so central to beach and old town. Also, good value for money breakfast. We strongly recommend.

Perfect hotel in Donosti center with dog The stay at the hotel was excellent. This hotel has a privileged location and a staff that makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive. The breakfast is excellent and above average in quality, featuring the best products from the Basque Country. Special thanks to Gorka, the receptionist, who made our stay with our pet very easy and pleasant.

Paid with discount at Booking.com The hotel is in a wonderful central location, very clean, and the room is spacious. The shower was a little dark and the water pressure very weak, though. Breakfast was very good. It would be great to have some variations, but everything was tasty. We got a "oferta escapada" at Booking.com, then the price was ok. 5 stars to the staff, specially Helena at the reception.

Great location, modern hotel, clean and superb staff. Sercotel Europa is located close to the beach and within 10 mins of the old town in a quiet side road with a few good restaurants and bars around it if you don't want to go far. The hotel itself is clean and modern, the rooms are a little on the small side (especially given the relatively high rates charged) with reasonable double beds. The bathroom was clean, although the tiles in the shower made it rather a dark experience with some mould in the sealent. Cleaning staff were attentive and helpful, the desk staff were very friendly and in particular Helena who followed up on a taxi booking that was late, (a big concert was in town at the time) provided us with advice on bus services so we would not miss a booking at a high class restaurant on the other side of the town. Breakfast is the only meal served in the hotel, an excellent selection of fresh food was on offer, some of the cups were rather chipped and cracked, these should have been removed before putting out for service. Overall a great hotel, all though rather expensive for the size and quality of the rooms. But probably fair for San Sebastion.

Not worth even 1/2 the price Tiny box room. Ridiculous price for such a small room. Breakfast poor. Hotel position good, but roadworks going on all around. Very expensive for what we got. San Sebastián old town beautiful & easily accessible from the hotel. Not even worth 1/2 the price.
